Definitely the best in the valley! Their pastries as well-priced for fresh, handmade items, and all are high-quality & delicious. Everyone who works there is super nice and - this one's important - doesn't scorch the coffee! You can guarantee you're getting food and a drink made to standard here.

We’ve enjoyed the SRB through 2 changes in ownership…moved away from Monroe in 2019 and have missed their goodies. I love their Morning Glory muffins and Ham/cheese/green onion biscuits so much that I can’t seem to order anything else! Looking forward to enjoying them next week when we’re in the area!

I ordered an expensive pumpkin cheesecake for Christmas and was given a specific time to pick it up. I, too, had a lot to do that day prior to Christmas Day and it wasn’t ready.at the given time for pick up. I sat there , bought cupcakes and eventually got my order an hour and 1/2 later. It never settled , it was a terrible consistency & we had to throw it out. The pricey cupcakes were adorable but fell out of the flimsy, unsecured box outside of the bakery onto the side walk. I am very disappointed to write this review. It’s the second time I have gad a problem with an order there.
I’ve ordered both a custom cake and custom cupcakes for my kids’ birthdays. The frosting, decor, taste and moistness (sorry) were perfect. We also love to come in occasionally for a sweet treat and coffee. Love this bakery!

They are also active in the community, showing up to support local festivals and events. The staff are all welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
