Ordered a holiday drink this morning which tasted nothing short of CARDBOARD. Disappointedly I ordered another drink only to be greeted with the same cardboard taste but dipped in peppermint. Not a reflection on the employees at all but maybe the beans were burned or something? Really disgusting.

The elderly lady in front of me was overcharged by about $2. When she pointed this out to the barista, she was sent off to Customer Service to line up again for her refund. The Barista made the error and the senior citizen had to go elsewhere to get her money back. Terrible customer service.
The service here is amazing. Vinny and adri are so sweet to everyone. They are very approachable young adults. Get my order right everyday

Flies lots of them all over the walls and seats and pastry case! On the pastry’s! I always go through the drive-up, so I would have never known about the unsanitary conditions of the pastries. Get a screen for the drive up window please ?? I’ve always had good service, no wrong orders or bad attitudes. Uneasy customer.
