Never made a mistake on my drink in the 3 years I've gone here. Service is friendly but dear God is the drive thru slow. The inside is pretty loud even by Starbucks standard, but that's an architectural and volume issue. However, ceiling-hung panels can help.
5 star. A+++ experience. My drink was perfect. That never happens. The employees were great! It was pretty busy and the way everyone was working together to make drinks was magical to watch. All around great experience. So much I’m still moved to leave a review a week later.
