It’s unfortunate this Starbucks is the Starbucks closest to my house. They never listen when you want “extra” anything, even if you pay for it. I would say 80% of the staff that works the window don’t want to be there. They seem annoyed at every request, no matter how polite. I think y’all forget you work at a Starbucks which is just about the pickiest customer base of all time, we pay and look forward to our coffees every day. This new generation of workers sucks.

I love to go here on the way up and down from Stevens pass! - I am very happy that they reopened after their renovation. The drinks were all made correctly even when my girls ordered something different or a modified drink. The food was fresh and warm, and it tasted great as always!

They have renovated and expanded the footprint of the place. It was closed for three months. I don't know if the drive-thru times have improved, since that's what people complain about, but it's very popular way to get coffee but if you're impatient, get out of the car and walk in. but the lobby experience is fantastic. And the crew here is lovely also.

Ordered a holiday drink this morning which tasted nothing short of CARDBOARD. Disappointedly I ordered another drink only to be greeted with the same cardboard taste but dipped in peppermint. Not a reflection on the employees at all but maybe the beans were burned or something? Really disgusting.

The elderly lady in front of me was overcharged by about $2. When she pointed this out to the barista, she was sent off to Customer Service to line up again for her refund. The Barista made the error and the senior citizen had to go elsewhere to get her money back. Terrible customer service.
