I hate writing reviews and be thst person …. but in this matter it’s serious and im sorry! for me because I’m on serious medication were I can’t have caffeine and I had asked for decafe specifically, and I was drinking my coffee the whole trip home and when I got home started freaking out and had trouble breaking having panic attack having my heart race not feeling too well thinking what was going on and realized when I got half way through my drink that it was not decafe and my heart sank because I was told to avoid any caffeine related drinks with my medication, and this was my ever worst fear and I just wanted to write a review because we need to me more aware and careful these days especially for mistakes like this in serious matters, I apologize for complaining but it was a waste of half a coffee I had to unfortunately throw out :(but the customer service was really well I will say!

Well I have a Starbucks gift card that has a card number and a security code I get your qr scanner doesn't work but you could've manually entered in the information. And to just deny me service and not even try to help poor customer service. Will never come back to this location.

This was the rudest barista I ever met. I went up there intending to buy a coffee and looked around for the barista and she was taking a break. I did not mind that she was taking a break. I would have waited. I did however mind it when she smirked at me rather than acknowledge me properly as a customer.

HERE COMES THE TEA!Frist, you guys charged me two different prices for the same two drinks ( no add-ons or take aways)Edit: someone finally realized this after the third time I was told I was wrong. Each time, I was told I was wrong. Hmmm...Fourth time coming a woman there realized this. With almost 10 dollars wrong in wrong total. I got a "free" coffee.. yes thank you for my "free" ( really 10 dollar coffee).Second, so does this location close at 7pm or 8:30 or 9pm? Every day it is a different time!I keep coming back because I do not feel like I should have to go to a different one 25 minutes more out of my way.GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER STARBUCKS.
