Sandwich was good, but at checkout I handed over $14 for my $13.10 charge, but then the guy asked me for a dime, I found a quarter, but then he didn't give me my dollar back. When I mentioned it he accused me of calling him a liar. He offered me my dollar back afterward, but it still just made me not want to come back to this location.

The worker was very nice and prompt. Came from the back, washed her hands and went straight to making my sandwich. The only reason I’m giving the food 2 stars is because for it to be 1030 in the morning, the lettuce was welted and brown, and after toasting it and getting to my destination my bread was rock hard. This place has potential to be better

I ordered a Toasted sandwhich for pick up and it was barely toasted and the bacon wasnt toasted at all. Please toast your customers bacon so it dont look raw and gross

I like the Hwy 2 Subway. Nice family owned franchise. Been going there for several years usually to pick up food on the way home. No complaints about the food, the service, or the price. What I do find irritating is that they do not allow customers to use the restaurants “public bathroom”. Night before last I went in to grab a bite for me and the kids. We were going to eat the food there before going to the movies, and the owners son told me that the restroom was out of order. It’s been “out of order” for years. I believe he is lying. It’s kind of gross not having a lavatory available to wash your hands before eating. I won’t be ordering from them until the restrooms are available.

Nobody in this place, the worker hard to understand. Very expensive...not a fan of subway. It use to be better yrs ago and affordable. What you pay for a simple sandwich, you could get a meal elsewhere and taste better. Subway has gone downhill for sure

“Sandwich artist” lied saying they didn’t participate in the current BOGO offer, until I showed her that the location did in the app. Then she made other peoples’ orders before mine. Petty. Beware! Should have gone to DQ nextdoor.

I ordered online, saw a promo code and used it for a bogo. Thought to myself, awesome, dinner for me and my mom on a deal! Order went through on the app, it said my food was being made and should be ready in like 10 or 15 mins. Walked in told the Owner who was behind the counter that i had an online order. He asked for my name, and he didnt see it in his system, asked if i could confirm the address, not a big deal, i opened the app and showed him the address and he confirmed it was correct. He tapped his screen again and then asked if i used a coupon or promo code. I said yes. He very straight faced told me "oh we dont participate in promos". Okay then why would the app allow me to use it and order from that location? Like seriously? Then he rudely told me " I can make the sandwich you actually paid for, or i can just refund you". I chose the refund, and oaid via card since i ordered on the app, i started to pull my wallet out cause i figured hed need me to run it for the refund, before i could get it out of my pocket he handed me cash. I was beyond irritated at this point. As i took the cash, cause i wasn't gonna argue at that point, i told him i would not be returning to this location. He looked me dead in the eyes and said i understand. I do not know how subway could let a lousy franchise owner to run a location like that.

I went there with coupons we received in the mail. The per-store restrictions basically made the coupons non-existent. Had I known, I wouldn’t have gone there.

I order two subs both pretty basic with just salt and pepper added to them and toasted but it seems like that was just a little too complex for the employees there since they managed to forget about toasting it and adding both salt and pepper but for some reason added olives which wasn't even on the order.

Honestly, I don't think there's a good way to rate subway. It doesn't matter what I think, because I could say the food sucks, but then again, I made the sandwich. It's pretty alright though.
