Ordered a footling on flatbread. Got it on parmesan. Did not ask for black olives and sandwich was covered in them. Tried to call subway several times to complain. 1st time no one answered. Second call the next day someone answered and I told her my issue and she tried to call her manager and they weren't answering. Asked me to call back at 3 when another manager would be there. Not happy at all

I gave this place a 3 for a couple of reasons the meat was that warm after toasting it the person seemed to be in a rush when i was the only one ordering and the knife was used to close my sandwich. The only thing that really got to.me was closing my sandwich with the knife, i have worked for a couple of subways and know for a fact that is something that they try to enforce not to do. Just because it sits in a bucket of ice that usually turns to water after 15 mins doesnt mean...

I always go to the subway in Walmart as its closest to my work.Service was amazing and so was the sub. The employee who was working took great care in my order and asked if I needed more of anything. We had a casual conversation about are day and after telling her i had a bad one she seemed to actually care and wished my day better. I forgot to ask her name but if you ever read this I'd like to say thank you and keep up the good work. You made my day a little better.
