I’ve been going here since they opened. Quality has really dropped. Tacos used to be stuffed with crisp, freshly cut lettuce and the shells were crisp. They were always expensive but years ago well worth it. And they no longer make the hot sauce fresh. Sad. I don’t go often anymore and this is why. Miss the quality.

Last 3 times they always do beef instead pinto bean for the burritos, frustrating that it happens so much

My wife and I absolutely love taco time it is our favorite spot in all of Washington and we rejoice before every meal. This location is generally very good and they always make the food well. Overall we had talked about it being one of the better locations.
We drove home and opened the bag in horror to find they forgot both our chicken crisp burritos arguably the best part of the meal, no where to be found. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us with this location. I would never dream of leaving you a 1 star review but 3 strikes and I have to try to advocate for some change in any way possible.
Please taco time I’m begging you double check your bags before sending food out. Now we are home after a long day at work and still feeling hungry because we didn’t get our full meal. This has me in a bad place mentally because we paid for that food and now have to be hungry and upset. Please make a change so this doesn’t happen to us anymore my heart can’t take it.

The staff go above and beyond here!! Great staff! And obviously the food is delicious; it's Taco Time. The food is always fresh and perfect.
First time at a Taco Time, went through the DT. There was a female employee who took our order was super patient and nice, very accurate. We said it was our first time and she was happy to answer questions and let us take a little time. They have two lanes and no one was behind us. The man who helped us while paying was also very nice. The food was REALLY good. Big portions. Hot. Neatly rolled/not sloppy. They give you these little plastic pull-top containers of chilled hot sauce. It’s delicious. Not too hot at all, had really good flavor, and you could even see itty bitty pieces of onion in the sauce. Tried the beef soft burrito, beef classic burrito, the crispy beef and crispy chicken rolled tacos, and the tater tot fries. It was so much food! Those crispy rolled tacos are so big. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. Appreciated the burritos were wrapped in nice thick paper and weren’t soaked with oil or falling apart while eating it, they were rolled tight. Lots of meat in them. I hope the one that’s closer to me is as good as this one!

09/22/25 1st time at this location. We eat a lot of Taco Time NW, but food at this location seems to be a cut above the locations near us in the Pierce/Kitsap area. Service was also great, as both cashier and server were exceptionally pleasant. Highly recommended!

This is the coldest Taco Time in the world. Every single time I come here it’s an unreasonably cold temperature. I don’t understand the logic behind a crisp 46 degree temperature. Even when it’s hot outside it’s not even refreshing. It seems to be a nearly year round problem with this location.
