I was a bit let down to see how little 'meat' was in $7 of two crunch taco, and to watch my dining partner ENJOYING near 3X the weight in a rather large AMPLE Soft Taco, meat and overall quality. I got last 1/4 of their soft beef taco, and it was more than two crunchies... thinking maybe we should hit Taco Bell next time, at least i know i am needing to by 2x due to lack of meat.Parking: AmpleKid-friendliness: Just fineWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Went to eat inside and really enjoyed it.I accidentally left my purse behind and only realized it several hours later. I returned, and they had my purse.Super honest folks working here. Great service and food!

Terrible experience - even for fast casual. Took 30 minutes+ to get an incomplete order. So many things wrong here - 1) all of the tater fries were cold 2) the order came out 3 separate times for four people 3) they didn’t give us drink cups so we had to go ask for them 4) they never gave me my soup after 30 minutes of waiting because they were busy and they ran out 5) I placed my order at the kiosk but had to have staff help so many times. Absolutely ridiculous. So many better options to go to- I wouldn’t spend money here. Kicker - they ask for tips at the kiosk and I tipped.

Almost no human contact, ordered from a kiosk, and there is no one who even checks for those orders. We waited 12 minutes after the time it said we SHOULD receive the order. It was a tough order a soft burrito and a soft taco. When I asked the gal where my order was, she pulled the order slip off the machine and said they were making it now. Then the potatoes came cold. It's is a very cold and uninviting place. We have marked it with an X on my map and would not recommend eating here( Monroe, WA)at the east end of town.
Great service! Super nice staff! Tostada salad bowl is my fav, delicious and never soggy. Definitely my go to!

Taco Time is consistently good, the workers are nice and I recommend it. It's obviously not what you'd consider "authentic" Mexican food, but for fast food it's good!
