We stopped by El Rey Taqueria right as they opened, and it wasn’t long before the place started filling up — always a good sign! We had originally planned to grab food from the taco truck up by Main Street, but they weren’t open yet, so we decided to give El Rey a try, and we’re so glad we did.

The food was fresh, fast, and delicious. The staff was super friendly, and the whole place was really clean. Plus, since it was raining, it was extra nice to...

I ordered a chicken taco salad. The total price was $9.94. I gave the lady $20. She handed me back $5.06. I told her she owed me another $5. She said no you gave me $10. The interaction made no sense. The “salad” was beans, rice, chicken with a tiny bit of lettuce on top. Will not be back.

Ordered for delivery on a Friday and my food came pretty quickly. I’m extremely impressed with their prices as well!
Chicken flautas were satisfying, salsa that came with my order had the perfect kick! Definitely will order here again!
