I think the owners care about serving you well, but the employees are super bad, especially when you want to order by phone. They believe they are the last Coca-Cola of success. It is a chain, we all need everyone, without clients, jobs would not open for them, ignorant people.

Went there for dinner we were very disappointed about the food, service was great but the food, rice was cold, I asked for Chiken Milanesa and I ended up getting Beef Milanesa, I was so hungry that I was like okay it's fine I'll eat it, when I saw the meat it looked old and soggy, I ate it anyway we had a long day, my dad asked for Fajitas that didn't had a pinch of salt, it was very flavorless. Not to talk about tortillas, they were warm warm from the Middle, cold and hard around it. The only reason for the two stars is because of service, the guy always very kind and I know this issue was from the kitchen not his.

This place has really good food! I had the Quesabirria which was delicious. We love their different salsas, and they have amazing fresh guacamole.

They have the only chicken street tacos that matter. The burritos both chicken and steak are the size of 2 month old kittens and are also amazing. And the hurachas we got by accident and my husband adores them. They are always really kind and the dine in experience seems to be pretty darn good. The prices are really good, it's one of the few places 3 people can eat and not feel like bending over. Don't sit on this place.
Incredible atmosphere. I never would've expected quality like this in a corporate strip mall. I ordered a chile verde plate and it was absolute fire. Perfectly cooked meat, and the sauce was authentic as can be. My boy ordered 3 street tacos and they came straight from the streets of Culiacan. The tequila shots are dressed with Taijin in a style I haven't had before. Add in absolutely incredibly bubbly and friendly staff and this place is a winner all around.
