The place looks like a fully functioning restaurant. But the service is mediocre at best. Long gaps of zero service, everyone’s drinks sitting empty, food ordered never brought to the table. Then when you remind them they didn’t do something they disappear for ten minutes and finally return.
Then to top it off you get violently sick as soon as you get home. This is literally my experience the last two times I ate at Tuscanos. 3 months apart! The service is consistently poor and the food causes diarrhea. There’s your slogan, Monroe!

To start, we were able to get a table right away. Our server, Jake was on point and very attentive. There is plenty of seating for a couple. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got the cheesy bread and Brussel Sprouts for apps, which were delicious. My Salmon Picatta was awesome and flavorful. The Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and rich. Then we finished dinner with Tiramisu and Lemoncello Mascapone cake. I think we found a new favorite Italian restaurant.

Josiah was our server last night! And I feel he needs to be mentioned here for doing such a fantastic job being our server. The food was really amazing. I told my son I want to come here for my Mother's Day Dinner next year! Also told him I want to eat dinner at the owners home because they must have every night! meals everynight!🤩

My friend and I had the same dinner from the menu, but his was cooked perfectly, and mine was terribly overdone. We're going back there this week to see if they consistently do this. Update: So, both of our meals were perfect this most recent time we were there.

Tuscanos has to be one of the best family establishments around. The whole team is always phenomenal. We just did a school fundraiser with them and even with a packed house on a Tuesday night they rocked it. Food was quick and delicious. Their food is reliably good and so is the staff!!

Second time we were there. First time was good. This time was poor will not be back. Food was good. Service was poor. Someone other than our server was bringing our food to us. Had to wait a long time between requests to get our food and water. Waiter was too busy laughing and joking with the other staff. There was a table of 7 next to us that got prompt service and were done way before us even though they came in after us. Was disappointed you no longer have the beef stroganoff. Will not be back

Bar manager was our server (can’t remember her name) but service was awesome, came here with my wife on a date night and margaritas were delicious along with the food, fried calamari was fried well and not chewy, Cajun pasta was delicious same with my wife’s chicken saltimbocca.
Love the owners....they are always so great and there staff and food is on point. Thanks guys.

In general, it is not the best place in terms of taste and quality, it is easier to go to Everett and eat really tasty Italian food, at least the restaurant Luca, I do not recommend it...

Dine in or take out you won't be disappointed. Great service and the food is scrumptious! Nothing simple about the cheesy ravioli. Best Alfredo anywhere. Steak Marsala is divine. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Brought larger group on one occasion and very impressed with professional and efficient staff. Highly recommend.

I love this restaurant, the kitchen staff is very good at what they do and the food is always amazing accompanied by an outstanding staff. The Bartenders know how to make mixed drinks wonderfully and pore a proper beer. The servers are great people, they truly care about their customers and want the best experience for them. I would highly recommend coming here and trying the Cajun Chicken Pasta! I like to get it with prawns instead of chicken (that’s just a personal preference I love shrimp). If you’re in town or looking for a great Italian restaurant to try, do come here to Tuscano’s Italian restaurant you won’t regret.
