I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.

pedí a domicilio alitas y una hamburguesa, debían ser dos órdenes de papas pero me llegó una, llamé de nuevo para decir que me faltaba una orden, tal cual dice mi ticket y la señorita que atiende me hizo caso omiso y culpo al repartidor! después de decirle que ese repartidor era de mi total confianza, que siempre ha ido por mis pedidos jamás ha tomado nada, después de eso no me contestó en toda la llamada, fácil decidió ignorarnos!

it is pretty ridiculous how many times i have gone to go pick up my order, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and then be told my order has been on the counter the entire time. I had a lady come up to me with my cups and wtvr said the food would be a minute i am in there for 25+ minutes every single time and they always always just stand around there while there’s bags on the little shelf. Cold food for $50 is beyond ridiculous i promise you the everett one is way better.

I was turned down from ordering trying to pay with cash and the only excuse I got was they are card only. I highly don't recommend not everyone wants to pay with card.

Ordered for the first time today 10-27-25 and was shocked the wings I got were all the “drum” stick, I’m sure if I would order that I’d cost more for the one kind of wing. Was very disappointed and thought they could’ve been bigger, they were the smallest wing pieces I have had in a LONG time for what I paid🤬…. I got the 10 piece deal, 🥴

I prefer Lemon-pepper. However, you only have a Lemon-pepper dry rub. Please consider a Lemon-pepper sauce. I will not return until you have that because I do not like your other flavors. I have tried your Lemon-pepper dry rub, and it is JUST okay. I will continue to take my business to Buffalo Wild Wings where they have a Lemon-pepper sauce.
