Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.
for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.
Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!
I’ve eaten there 3 times ever and 2/3 times I’ve gotten food poisoning.

Fiance went last night and as he was leaving he slipped on their wet floor. Their idea of mopping is pushing a bunch of water around and not drying any up. He injured his knee, elbow and head. Employees asked if he was alright but didn't offer to remake the food that got launched on the ground and no one offered to assist him in anyway, back on his feet or to the car. They had one small sign out for a large area of water. As he left they decided to put another sign out. Considering sueing.

2nd time delivery order. Missing items, food cold, rubbery carrots/celery. Cold rubbery fries. Tried contacting them, but couldn’t reach anyone.
I never got my food… terrible service apparently the cashier never submitted my order to the kitchen I did recieve my receipt which led me to wait a solid 40 minutes for my food only to recieve nothing..I’m not mad just disappointed. Please get better service ASAP! By far the worst wing stop I’ve been to yet

Doesn't accept Cash which doesnt follow state ordinance. Ive eaten once here and won't again after getting sick, if i were anyone i wouldn't go here and this place should be shut down

Literally ANY local place with wings will do a better job with less hassle or chance that part of your order won't be there.
