Why is it every time I order to go I'm missing food?? Y'all do this on purpose because you know no one has time to circle back to a dying business for a missing part of their meal. I'm done with y'all! Hope it was worth losing a regular. ... and their review responses are 100 times faster than their store service.

Ok ...look if employees don't like their job.. just quit don't run the business in the ground. I know idc where I have worked I would be embarrassed to even show up to work you got to care and if you don't you will not have no good customer service skills at all my customers are my number one priority when I am working no matter what they are always right they are never wrong it's just really sad to see this restaurant go thew this

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant, and it has been great both times. The staff are always polite, and the food is always good.
Always a terrible presentation here half the time they don’t even have most of their menu items and always an even worse attitude then when they do have actual food to cook they park you for 20 minutes and still forget part of your order surprised some of these people still work here

Tired of lazy workers with bad attitudes. Half the time we stop here they never have multiple items on the menu. Asked for one item they said they didn’t have the turkey… ok fine asked for a different item they yelled through the mic they didn’t have the second item we decided to get because they we’re out of the first item.

Didn't appreciate having the wrong turn-overs from the order (Apple instead of cherry), but other than that mix up, fine. The price was appreciated, although it was 25% off with a deal for ordering online on the App so try and take advantage of that if you haven't downloaded the app yet.
