Unlike the calls junior across the street that had 30 minutes till closing and 3 employees and locked the doors on us, Arby's didn't. With only two employees on shift they let our varsity coach and some of our teammates that decided to come, come in the building. Thank you Arby's! (We're the Manson Trojans Varsity Football Team)

The food was pretty good but the cleanliness and customer service was awful. The gentlemen who took our order didn't say hi or smile at all. When we told them the ketchup in the lobby area was out instead of filling it he just set 3 ketchup packets on the counter and walked away. And the bathroom was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY.

Stupidly fast! I ordered at the counter for two of us, walked a few steps to wait by the condiments, and before I could pull my phone out of my pocket to kill time, my name was called and we were on our way.

When I have 5 sandwiches and get only 2 ranch sauces after I ask for extra… is really disappointing.

The young lady at the cashier was very friendly when taking my order. While I was waiting for my order, I didn’t hear my name being called out so they were nice enough to run it to me in the seating area!! With a smile!!! To top it off my sliders were so hot I could tell they were made fresh!

We went in to dine inside, and were informed that there was no roast beef. Evelyn, who not once smiled or acted friendly, took our order. She assumed we were ordering to go, which we were not. We ordered 6 fries, and received only 3 of the 6. We also were charged for a sandwich we didn’t order, but we did receive it. When I went up to the counter to get the other fries we ordered, the one who took our order didn’t even glance my way but eventually I did get the attention of a male employee there who was very friendly and did get us those fries. While we were there, multiple people came in and were made to wait before being greeted and one family left instead of wait longer. Everyone else left without ordering because they were out of roast beef. Most of the tables were dirty as well.

We love Arby's food. They are an excellent alternative to burgers. We stopped at the Arby's s just off the freeway in Moses Lake while traveling to Spokane. Although the food was fine...I wouldn't order the wraps again, they were ok, the service was terrible. We waited at least 20 minutes for our food. The girl taking our order didnt greet us...in fact she said nothing to us when we approached the counter, after we waited so long for our food she didn't apologize for the wait nor say a word. The drink and condiments area was very dirty and they hadn't stocked their lids. The experience was bad enough we will not go back. The only saving grace was the kid bussing tables when we left thanked us for coming in. That was more than the guy in the beaning staring at his clipboard said. He appeared to be the manager but couldn't look up as we wanted to speak with him. We won't be back. Customer service training would benefit all employed there. It was nonexistent!
Just pick up food to go.
