So I ordered a cake from here and it was really good but my only complaint is that it does not look like as advertised which I do NOT blame the employees because they are super kind and nice but I just wish BR was realistic about their cake appearances but anyway the cake was super good and my family loved it!

The girls behind the counter who served my family and I were so kind and caring of my child's food allergy. We were not made to feel like it was a burden, they were happy to make sure they got a clean ice cream scoop and to give my child topping from the back all while having great customer service. We felt very well taken care of when eating out can sometimes be scary due to allergens and cross contamination. 10/10 service even though they were slammed busy!

I go in there almost every day and they short me on my milkshakes almost every day and I had a customer puke all over the floor and all over me when I was ordering a shake and they acted like it was no big deal it's a big health hazard and freaking gross not to mention when I asked for some fresh ice cream cuz they put the old ice cream right on top of the new ice cream they just give me the old ice cream worst place to get ice cream! Highly don't recommend
