So I ordered a cake from here and it was really good but my only complaint is that it does not look like as advertised which I do NOT blame the employees because they are super kind and nice but I just wish BR was realistic about their cake appearances but anyway the cake was super good and my family loved it!
The girls behind the counter who served my family and I were so kind and caring of my child's food allergy. We were not made to feel like it was a burden, they were happy to make sure they got a clean ice cream scoop and to give my child topping from the back all while having great customer service. We felt very well taken care of when eating out can sometimes be scary due to allergens and cross contamination. 10/10 service even though they were slammed busy!
Great customer service here! Everyone that works at this location is fantastic. They’re polite, friendly, patient, and quick! Anytime I ask for a recommendation they’re decisive and share their personal favorites. Furthermore, the location is kept clean and sanitized. Great work, guys!
