From the first plate to the last plate was an hr. And when explaining this all I got a a shit grin so I will never go back

I really wanted to like this place since I chose it on our road trip back to the west side. Service was great, friendly, and fast. I had the burger breakfast and my partner had the steak sandwich. We both had the same experience, not impressed even after we added alot of Ketchup to scarf it down. We were hungry. Place was super busy from locals. I was hoping for a country diner with a home cooked experience. Not terrible, but not great. Maybe it was super busy and we got a fluke. I'd probably give it another try but I won't go out of the way to find it.

The new cook doesn't know how to cook. I ordered a #10 Rib Steak, two eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. I got biscuits instead of toast and didn't want the eggs. And ordered a side gravey.
My Rib steak came out, and then the biscuits. When I almost finished the Rib steak, the side of gravey gets brought to the table. Then, after I'm done with that, the hashbrowns finally show up. By the way, my wife was done eating her hamburger. The.#10 meal should come on a plate all at once, in my opinion. Everything was plated separately and delivered at different times. Three months prior, I ordered the same order, and Rib steak was ordered as medium well and came out as shoe leather. Quality depends on the day or what the cook is working.

Food was good, reasonable price for what we got. They have a senior menu. Seats in booths are worn out. Place appears clean. Waitress needs to be trained, had to ask for water refill and the order was missing dinner roll. We barely had the menu open and she was there wanting to take our order not just once but twice very annoying. Probably won't go back. It wasn't good enough for a second visit.

Food was decent. Our waitress was very sweet and did an excellent job but front desk staff member was quite unhelpful and exhibited poor customer service. Her rudeness made the interaction unpleasant, leaving us with a lasting negative impression. This experience has certainly deterred us from returning in the future.
Had chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns and small glass of orange juice. I'm sorry don't know if you're chef called off today or what. Very disappointed with under cooked hash browns and the eggs where running. The chicken fried steak was small slightly average with enough gravy to cover it. Not cooked to what i was hoping for. And the orange juice was water down. Maybe find a real chef?

The food was horrible. We stopped in on a long road trip because our kids were really hungry. We were hopeful because we saw they had good reviews. Well. We were very wrong. We ordered the spaghetti with a side of cheddar broccoli soup. The soup came out looking gross but smelling good. Wasn't good whatsoever. Had no flavor and was very underwhelming. Once she brought out our food, we saw that there was a fly following on our food. We tried it out, and it was so flavorless and gross. I was so disappointed. Honestly, I wouldn't doubt that this food is what is served in prisons. My husband got a burger with fries. Both gross and has no flavor as well. It's almost like they don't use salt or seasonings at all. The service wasn't too bad but she seemed to be in a bad mood. All of them did tbh.
