Place a order on the app they Could not find it. I let them know that it was for front counter. I accidentally placed was rude about it, and had me come inside to pick up the order. We’ll never place an order in this restaurant again after all that I didn’t end up getting my food told me to call and get a refund

Never had any issues here. My favorite place to get a quick burger. Always hot and tasty fries. Quick service. I always use drive through. Only one experience with a grouchy server there. But as often as I go there that is still a win.

Please just shut this place down and bring in some new business. The people that work here are of low quality and it shows in the products they serve. It’s a crazy thing that bad service is the norm and to be expected. Bad employees are a direct reflection of bad management. Here’s a vid of my fresh made sandwich one minute after opening 😂

You guys suck, every single time I go here you guys mess up the simplest orders and give me stuff I never even asked for. tonight was my very last night ordering anything from here, i swear your guys in the kitchen don't know how to read or y'all just make whatever sounds good to you or something because who puts a million damn jalapeños and bacon in a double whopper. and on top of making my order wrong you wrote the right thing on the wrapping, and sent it out anyway. at my job when we make something wrong, we fix it, you guys need to find some accountability and talk to your employees about making orders wrong. because there are many deathly food allergies like onions and if you guys don't stop making everything wrong you're going to send someone to the hospital, i'm sure you already have. i hope they sue yall. Your guys managers need to do their damn jobs and talk to ur employees, find a spine and tell them they're doing their job wrong.

Service is awful! I ordered chicken fries and a jr whopper on the app, got an order # and my husband went in to get it, they told my husband they didn't have it and argued with him for 15 mins. I went in with my phone, showed them I ordered and paid, qnd they told me they didn't have it! I lost my debit card last week so I had to buy my son his chicken fries with my laundry money, had to go back with the rest of my laundry money cuz he really wanted the whooper too and magically they have my order now! Will NEVER go here again! You can have a receipt from the app and they'll still tell you they don't have your order SMH. AWFUL customer service

Honestly the rudest staff I have ever met. They purposely don’t put the kids on drinks when handing them to you in the drive thru. My drink spilt all over my car. Didnt offer napkins or an apology. Get better people

Burger King’s whopper is one of my favorite fast food burgers. Sometimes it’s tough though to find a BK that checks all of my boxes. I stopped in to the BK on Stratford Rd. in Moses Lake the other day and I was very impressed. My order was taken by an exceptional staff member named “Fish.” Also, my food was delivered promptly and it was also very fresh. Management should be commended for all of this. I wanted to spotlight “Fish” most of all, his customer service skills are top notch. I highly recommend this BK!!
