First time trying Carl's Jr. Me and my family were not impressed. The young lady that helped us with our order, was very rude. She was giving off pissed off energy when there was only 3 tables of people. I work in fast food so I know what I'm talking about. She did not smile at all, and had a very angry tone. The lobby should have been better stocked as there were no lids for our drinks and our sodas were flat. The restrooms were filthy and I had no tp. Please do better next time.

Horrible food I went in a couple weeks back. Waited 20 minutes for my burger to be soggy and two of the teenagers that were working there one that gave me my food awfully rude and the other standing there had a lot of tattoos was the one laughing mumbling something under his breath. If your hungry save your time and money and go somewhere else

Came here last night & there was one person in the back making food & the same guy in the front taking orders . There was about 4 people in the lobby just waiting on orders 😩it took about 30 mins for my food, which is fine I wasn’t in a rush . & it was just as good! Props to the man in the front he always looks so busy. 10/10 despite the wait . Give that man a raise lol.

Air conditioning was broken on a 90+ day so they left all the doors open and the restaurant was hot and loaded with flies. Very unsanitary and not complying with health codes. It was BAD!

Went down hill really bad food and service is like the don't want to be working there.
Carl's jr food is always the best when Jaime is working he works his butt off everyday and night and makes sure orders are right and his quicker then half those employees there. The only downfall for Carl's Jr is their ac broke and they still haven't fixed it very annoying get the ac fixed

I use to love coming to eat in here but now it's to hot their ac doesn't work and seems like no higher ups are trying to fix it the higher ups don't care about their employees or customers at all all they care about is money The only reason why I'm giving any stars is because the manager that's always there at nights works way better then anyone else he always apologizes for it being to hot in the restaurant and I appreciate him for that DO BETTER HIGHER UPS
