I am beyond disappointed with the way my husband was treated at this Dairy Queen in Moses Lake.
My husband went in to pick up our order and clearly said, “Hi, I have an order for Tianna.” The cashier looked at him and immediately said to another employee, “Carlos! I need your help, He doesn’t speak English.” This assumption was made solely based on his skin color. My husband speaks English fluently and clearly.
When I personally went inside to speak to the manager, they tried to excuse it by saying he was “mumbling,” which is absolutely false. During the conversation, the cashier then said, “Well many of them come in and don’t speak English.” That comment alone shows clear racial profiling. In the middle of him saying that the manager raised his hand up signaling and shushing him to stop speaking.
When I asked for names, the manager refused. When I asked for the corporate number, I was given an incorrect phone number, and still No accountability, no apology.
If it was really all a misunderstanding, like they wanted to play it off as, all they would have had to do is apologize, take accountability. Do better!
This experience was disrespectful, racist, and unacceptable. Corporate needs to address this location immediately.

Got to love dairy Queen
It was my son's birthday and I had ordered a custom blizzard cake 2 days in advance. When I came to pick it up, the two employees just looked at each other with a confused look. Shortly after I found out that no one had made it and I had to resort to buying a normal cake which was disappointing.

So terrible they messed up all the time it’s supposed to be a fast food, but it’s really not in Moses Lake. They are slower than a turtle never again.
I was so dissatisfied with everything. I went October 28th around dinner time and it was all bad. First the employee working drive through was very disrespectful. I understand if you have had a bad day but you should not be working the registers where customers service is priority. I also asked for my food to be made fresh and she had a smart remark “it’s always made fresh” and in fact was not. My fries were cold and mushy, my chicken strips were very small and I asked for ranch, they gave me gravy. I had to air fry my fries. I had also asked for an additional side or ranch that I did not receive and they charge😂 I was so disappointed and frustrated I’m never going back here again!

Coming here you really notice the big difference since the owner change. The employees dont care and dont interact well with customers. Took forever to get our blizzards and noticed alot of fooling around. Would suggest the owner to get the employees some customer service training

Pretty sad to see the place going down like this last few visits the food is always cold. Ever since new owners saff are less friendly and don't seem to care about quality control been going to this location my whole life. 16 dollars is alot for cold food

The worst customer service in Moses Lake. The staff will just ignore you. They won't acknowledge you . I waited ten minutes at the counter no customers in line just me. I finally just walked out. I mean these guys are always slow but .. To just ignore a customer waiting to order is just weird. Like zombies or something.. Just was easier to go somewhere else.

The staff just stared at me when I tried to interact. It's like they don't know how to interface with actual people. That was after waiting in an empty establishment for an online pick up order, which was just blizzards they left sitting out on the counter. They were basically soup when they handed them to me.
I rarely give a 1 star review, but this used to be one of the best DQ's in the state of Washington. I dont know what the hell happened here after the owner change over, but this is the third and final chance I've given this place over the course of a couple years. (And I'd been going to this location since I was a kid over 30 years ago!)
I'm done. $15 for two melted blizzards?! The previous time I made an attempt, I sat in the drive thru over 45 minutes for cold, stale food and melted sundes-- I was one of only 5 cars in line!
It was a good run, folks. Just spend your $$ somewhere else, at a busniess that actually wants it. Its clear the new owners are either hands off or don't care about who they're hiring to run their busniess right into the ground.

Not sure what happened here....place is disgusting (walls, floors dirty), and id that wasn't enough there was a rancid smell as soon as you walk through the door.😮💨

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve been in food for 25 years. I’ve been a crew member, manager and a corporate employee. I stood in the store for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. The drive thru attendant was in the lobby talking to friends and goofing off and not helping the line of customers in the drive thru. All the DoorDash drivers were also ignored. No one worked with a sense of urgency. I will never come back here😔 I was also charged a round up donation. I have no idea what the donation was for nor was I asked if I wanted to donate.
Stopped in for lunch and got a burger combo and chicken strip basket for my partner. Gotta say this is the best fast food burger I’ve had in a while!
The wait was long but ultimately worth it. All the food was freshly cooked and hot & tasty. Staff looks new as I saw someone being trained by someone “on it” and polite.
