Not clean, have to clean own table, floor disgusting, no ketchup or ranch, workers are rude and on phone while a long line inside. Food is okay but certainly not the place it used to be. WILL NOT COME BACK!!

I waited in the drive thru lane for more than 30 minutes to get three large blizzards. The wait time made me rate this place very poorly. This place is also kind of pricey. I do not like that, especially for the quality of the food/ice cream. The workers could also be a bit more faster and effective at getting people in and out quickly. Especially to meet customer needs.

This place used to be leaps and bounds better! Tried to get food through the drive through and it was a terrible experience. With only 3 cars in front of me I waited 5min to be able to place my order, and figured they were low staffed. I got to the window and not a single employee greeted me despite me being the only car in the line at this point. I waited around another 5min and could see the outline of an employee at the window the entire time, but not a word was said or the window opened once. I left. You're not getting nearly $20 for 3 items from me if you can barely acknowledge my presence. I'm not going to wasting my time and money by returning. Also, the food quality is nowhere near worth waiting 20+min like other reviewers are stating, and those who waited 45min are insane.

Such a shame what this place has become. Since the new owners took over, this place has gone downhill. Takes forever to get anything, a number of the employees are just standing around or playing with each other, countertops and floor were filthy.

If I could leave a review with no stars I would. This place has gone down the drain! We waited in line for 45 mins just to get to the speaker & still continuing to wait 10min, we ended up leaving since our baby wasn’t enjoying the wait. I went inside to ask for a key to the bathroom for my toddler & the 3 girls working the front were SO rude. They definitely need training in customer service or just how to speak to people period. Reading the reviews from even just the last year looks like it’s been bad for a while with no plans to change. Last time going there.

What a shame this place was so nice. We have been there lately and the service is terrible. The people there (7 employees) playing and ignoring costumers as we walk in. They're talking and laughing, there's no respect. A young lady was sneezing all over the food. Disgusting.
I don't know who owns the place but they can do better.

So on 3/13/25 I walked in to place my order to go and stood there and stood there. Not everyone was working but I stood there like 5 minutes until one of the girls decided to wait on me. They were all very young but they need to remember to stop what they are doing and wait on their customers! That is their paycheck. They all just ignored me they forgot to give me my sundaes

No exaggeration, a 40 minute wait in the drive thru line only to get my small Oreo/brownie blizzard (which I paid extra for btw) which had a hair in the first bite. They basically sprinkled a small amount of Oreo on the top and threw in a small piece of brownie and the rest of the cup was plain soft serve. Paid $13 for this joke. (Small basically plain soft serve with large fries)

I did a mobile order and it said that it was supposed to be ready at 1:27 I got here at 1:20 and didn’t get my ice cream until 1:57. Waited 30 minutes for a blizzard. I understand businesses get busy but this was a little too much. Also when I told the lady I had a mobile order through the drive through she didn’t even repeat my order to make sure it was me and just said “pull forward”.
