Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Waited at the window drive thru for over 15 minutes. saw her put down my blizzard 10 minutes before that and it was completely melted. she handed me partial of my order was missing a kids meal and asked me to pull forward and then waited almost another ten minutes for the kids meal and a new blizzard. We have always loved this place but it seems as the service has gone down hill. We had only ordered 2 chicken strips meal and kids meal.

ITS A GREAT PLACE WITH GOOD FOOD 🍔 THESE PEOPLE WORK HARD AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE WORST PEOPLE. I SEEN IN THESE REVIEWS SOME LESLIE LADY COMPLAINING THAT SOMEONE DROPPED HER FOOD.. UMM.. THINGS HAPPEN, GET OVER IT. ITS CALLED AN ACCIDENT. AND COMPLAINING ABOUT RANCH SAUCE? IF U GOT THIS MUCH TIME ON YOUR HANDS STAY HOME AND COOK 🧑‍🍳 I LOOKED AT HER REVIEW PROFILE AND SEEMS LIKE SHES DEFINITELY A SUPER KAREN 3.0 TO THE 5th power 🦸‍♀️ BECAUSE I SEEN SHE LEAVES BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE. I GUESS EVERYONE ELSE IS THE PROBLEM AND NOT HER EHH?? NOPE, NOT AT ALL. ANYWAYS LOVE THE BLIZZARDS 💜

Myself and another customer were comp howletely ignored by 2 employees. Then when finally got helped she dropped my food making wait even longer then neglected to let me know they were out ranch. Had I not asked i would not have received any dipping sauce

Staff all needs to be re trained. To much talking to each other, not enough working. Ice cream came out way before the food. Staff is messy and dirty. Always seem to be out of some ingredients for the blizzards. Food is good. Staff not so much. I’ll keep coming, but serious staff issues every time I come it seems.

The service is so good! The people working make me feel welcome and they do not rush me. If I need something, the workers are ON IT. And don’t even get me started on how good the chicken strips are. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Drive thru takes forever, never any ranch, they also sometimes forget stuff in orders.

The food is always good, outside of Dairy Queen recently changing their recipe for certain blizzards. The drive thru, while at best a twenty minute adventure, is still worth it to avoid any real interaction with the staff. It would be nice if only a few employees were the issue, but honestly it seems so widespread that they take every opportunity to find some new way to be rude to you. Just stick to the drive thru so you can avoid talking to them more than need be.

They don't understand how to make a cookie dough blizzard. They will make it with chocolate ice cream instead of with vanilla(the way it's listed) and if you ask for it with the vanilla then they will leave out the syrup smh

Giving this two stars as it took us literally 20 minutes to get through the drive-through with only one car ahead of us and then we had to wait for the food in a parking spot other ketchup inside thank you beyond that. We are talking chicken tenders and fries… Then they forgot ketchups too.

I’d highly suggest putting the girl with the red hair running the drive thru in the back of the house deep frying chicken. She has poor customer service and doesn’t know how to properly interact with customers. Go there often and you can’t ask her a question without her making a smart comment. Today I experienced that again. Asked for her name and she said it’s irrelevant and to take my money elsewhere. Sounds beautiful I will.

I cannot find it, but this place is the ONLY DQ that I have ever encountered whose burgers look exactly like the photos on their signage!

It wasn't that great of a photo to be honest, and it didn't do any justice, but at least I tried to document evidence to support my claim for all y'alls!

When I don't want to cook, I come here. It's through the dealerships and across the street from me, so it's way too easy to be lazy.

This place is a joke ...the inside Put it this way it shouldn't be grand like that like I don't even know how the health department keeps you open.
They have it such a mess where they make the ice cream at. It's disgusting nasty. I mean, I know you be busy Have one person to clean up. I wouldn't dare eat there as filthy as it was behind the counter
