I had a terrible experience at this Denny’s. I ordered a sandwich that came with rotten avocado. The taste was absolutely foul. When I pointed it out to the waitress, she didn't even apologize. To make matters worse, they still charged me for the sandwich even though I couldn’t eat it. Avoid this place if you don't want to get sick. Terrible food and zero customer service

Used to be fantastic but now with the economy and cutting costs it is obvious that they don't clean as well and the entire restaurant smells like dirty fryer oil. They need to clean the kitchen vents before there is a fire. Also, don't like to leave smelling of greasy food 😕

We came to this establishment for dinner last night and my family and I had incredible service. Despite being short staffed, the team delivered an incredible experience. Our server, whose name I didn't catch was incredibly thorough, with a combination of efficiency and truly great customer service. He was not only friendly and kind, but he even took the time to joke around and engage with my children, making all of us feel welcome. To top off the wonderful meal, we had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Sabrina. Sabrina was extremely friendly, easy to speak to, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest has a fantastic time. Her leadership shined through in the quality of the service we received. From our experience last night, I would highly recommend it.

I had dinner there with my girlfriend a couple of days ago the service was excellent the atmosphere was very peaceful the manager I believe her name was Angel was totally on top of her game with her crew and her professionalism she came out of the way to come to our table greeted us with a smile and asked us if we needed anything to let her know I thought that was very sweet and honestly unbelievable I have been to a lot of Denny's in my time but I have to say without a doubt the service the food and above all the management what's excellent it wasn't even like eating at a Denny's it was more like eating in your own home with your family from my girlfriend Trish and I would like to say thank you and would recommend this Denny's to any of my friends or family and a special thank you to the manager angel who made us feel like we were family instead of eating in a restaurant that girl is on her game very professional and with her crew her game plan is top notch I think her crew and her deserve a big thank you and a raise it was a very wonderful experience for eating at one of the most popular in major restaurants in the United States thank you again from the both of us we will definitely eat there again if we ever pass through there again 💯👍

Went there with my family for breakfast , the wait to be seated was fast our waitress was sweet got our orders in the food didn’t take long to get food was amazing waitress kept our cups full and made sure we had everything we needed the manager came out and talk to us she was the sweetest

Me and my family went to this place a few days ago and service was 10/10. The staff is very friendly and especially the new manager named Angel. She is very nice to everybody and is always on track with all of the orders. She does it all and I feel the need to applaud her for that. She deserves all of the recognition in the world. Especially the way that she treats her customers and staff. Anybody wanting to enjoy a meal whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner… I definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere feels just great. Not too bright and not too dark either. I also love how Denny’s is open 24 hours. I sometimes work late shifts and almost nothing is open after midnight, but Denny’s always comes in clutch.

Went with a party of 11. We waited more than 25 minutes sitting at a table waiting for waitress to come by. The waitress didn't come by to offer water or to take our drink orders. We ended up going to go let her know we were ready to order. She said ok and then still didn't come over for another 8 minutes. We ended up leaving. On the way out, still no acknowledgment from her. She did appear to be the only waitress there (there were 4 tables seated in the restaurant) but at the very least someone could have acknowledged us or offered water, apologized for the delay.

Came in today on a busy Saturday was greeted and seated by host. She was very friendly. Our waiter Antonio was very helpful. Order was in and out. We got our own coffee crafe which was awesome. This place is very family oriented. Staff is very kind and they work very well together. Crepes was very tasty and delicious. Add bananas and it’s great!! Thank you moseslake dennys
