I love Dutch Bros, but lately the Rebel drinks have been really watered down and not refreshing. I usually ask for them hand-blended because I love the thick texture, but recently they've just been coming out watery.

Ordered an Americano since they don't have drip coffee and they managed to make it an iced drink. The parking lot and drive through at this location is pretty messed up if there is a line.

I keep trying to give this location a chance, the music is so loud they have constantly got my last three orders wrong, my drinks today all got thrown away because none of us could drink them a room temp carmalizer is more then disappointing. I don’t think the baristas have proper training because this used to be my favorite place and I’ve never had this experience, but I just can’t gamble with not know if my coffee is going to be good or not especially when they charge so much. At least Starbucks is predictable.

Pulling up to an employee outside talking to a man who had pulled in but not at the window yet was fine but waiting in line after the man pulled to window while the same female employee was “chatting” with this customer laughing not being concerned about the line forming or other customers on their way to work was extremely aggravating!! It took me honking my horn to get them to stop and get the man to move on. It was almost 15 minutes to get a coffee when it should have taken 5 minutes. This was not good customer service!! Not at 5:30 am!!

As always, the people are amazing and the drinks are tasty.
Two times in the last month I have received unsanitary drinks. The first one had chunks of paper towel in it that got in my mouth. The one I bought today not only had a hair in it, the lid was filthy, sticky with finger prints and not clean. I've never had this issue at any other location. I will not be buying from this location anymore. I am thoroughly disgusted.

Oh my saving grace! Starbucks sucks! Starbucks will be closing the two main stores soon so I wanted to try others in town. I got the Golden Eagle💛🤎💛 Fabulous! My 1st DBC experience and certainly NOT my last. Everything Starfux isn't thank God!
