We’ve only been to FAA Coffee House a handful of times, but every visit feels special thanks to Kelsey. She always remembers our order—even the small details, like that I prefer skinny straws and my husband likes a regular one. It’s such a thoughtful touch and makes us feel truly welcomed. Kelsey greets us every time with the warmest smile and the kindest attitude. We don’t make it to town often since we live about 45 minutes away in a tiny little community, but whenever we do, we genuinely look forward to stopping at FAA and seeing her. She’s an absolute light and a big part of why we keep coming back! Highly recommend this place and if Kelsey's boss is reading this, she definitely deserves a raise or big Christmas bonus! - Sincerely your new forever customers Briana and Cameron 🥰

They're very quick respectful and professional. I'm in and out of there with my coffee in no time. Great place to get coffee. Especially when I have to get up early in the morning. I think they open up at 430 or 5 in the morning and they don't close until 7 PM.

I was traveling from Yakima to Spokane and went to Faa Coffee! EXCELLENT, hot, smooth, delicious! I will always pull into Faa Coffee whenever I travel to Spokane or back home! Excellent coffee, very professional friendly staff! Thank you.

This place is packed every time I stop by! The coffee is absolutely delicious, same w baklava. If you’re a boba tea drinker though, this isn’t the place. Customer service is always spot on. Thank you!
