Both my mom and I ordered the taco salad (ground beef for me and shredded beef for her) and it came out of the kitchen within minutes. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Clean, well decorated and maintained. We will definitely be back next time we pass through!

We try to stop by Inca on our way to Seattle or coming home from Seattle. The place is always busy, but we always find a place to park and a booth to sit .
We always order the carne asada with a mango margarita or amber beer. We always love the complimentary chips and salsa. Their salsa is more on the spicy side but so good. A nice cold beverage calms down the spice.
The carne asada is always perfectly seasoned and flavorful. We like that they ask us how we like our steak, medium rare.
Our favorite place for Mexican, we don’t even mind the drive to get there.

First visit. From the hostess meeting seating me to the waiter that took care of me were personable, professional and courteous. The best meal in Moses Lake by far. I ordered the Incan dinner, beautiful skirt steak and camarones a la Diablo. Fantastic!!!

Portions were small. Even the cheap things like rice and beans.. they are cheaper to buy and prepare but the are rationed. I ordered fajitas which I already assumed the meat would be small and the veggies would be plenty.. And that is exactly what was served. But the service was great and the taste was wonderful..

We celebrated a birthday at Inca’s this evening, and had 27+ people in attendance. I cannot begin to express what a wonderful experience it was!!! The service was top notch!!! Friendly , efficient, fun, just wonderful!!! The food was fabulous, as always!!! And the whole event was a huge success, due in large part to the wonderful staff!!!! I highly recommend Inca’s if you’re looking for a great place for an event!!! Or just a quiet dinner for two!!
