I order pick-up almost every week. The employees are very friendly and the Manager Ladimir knows me by name. As soon as I walk in they grab my mobile order and hand it to me without even having to ask.
The store's prices have gone up along with almost everything else now a days. However there are almost always deals available in the mobile app where you can get combos 50% off or more (as long as you don't need a drink). Having access to a filling meal for usually ~$7 is great in this economy.

To the negative reviews about employees.... If you are complaining about the employees, if you ever worked customer service, just shut the hell up. You may have moved on to better jobs but dealing with people post covid isn't what it used to be when you were employed, probably when Clinton was in office..... Am i close? If you never worked anything close to this industry, good for you. Remember that these people are emotionally drained from dealing with people like yourself constantly. That's cool you have more money and everything wasn't bad for you growing up. Nobody would work at these places if it was a possibility and you wouldn't get your bacon chicken burger and large diet (how sad!) but that's not the case these days... Since time immemorial of class structure...and you're out of touch with reality and honestly, you should not even be in touch with a single service worker. If you expect and demand more than what's offered while you approached them like you're better, you or someone you care about (doubtful)... You're a terrible person and should experience much worse to humble yourself. I am sure karma will get you. Just wish i could personally deliver it each time because watching people like you getting got makes me bricked.

Unfortunately and unbelievable that they have people at the counter that don’t smile, don’t say how are you, even the heavier set guy today walked right passed us in line and no one and I mean no said we will be right with you. This place does not have any customer service people, apparently they only have bosses that just tell people what to do, instead of leaders and gives these young people the tools to be successful at customer service!! Completely unacceptable.

If you don't mind spending $12.00 on a chicken sandwich meal with you drink handed to you dripping with soda, their fries dumped out of their container in the bottom of the bag and a chicken sandwich slathered in mayo, we'll this is your spot. Will never come here again.

There are homeless & a few mentally unstable that are always hanging around. Not kfc fault but it does bring the location down. Main issue is everytime I swing thru the drive thru to get diner to bring home for the family, they are always forgetting a part of the order.
Truly not an atmosphere I want any part of. All the workers give you dirty looks from head to toe, make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable while rushing you to place an order. As far as I know they’re there to serve us, especially after the price of the average meal is the same I would pay at a family restaurant. I don’t expect someone pouring rainbows and sunshine, but I would appreciate some sincerity, kindness and respect. Train your staff better.

The Sriracha Cheese Curds are weak and pathetic, I didn't taste any Sriracha until I started cramming them down my throat and I only tasted the spice for two seconds then the grease nullified it. I'm glad it's for a limited time because the flavor is for a limited time too.Although the BMW onion ring was funny so +1 food ⭐.

First off the people there treated me like I was a huge bother to them also made me buy something just to use the restroom... the place looks like fortknoxs with freaking combination locks on bathroom.. food is good but with how they treat you they can take the food and sit on it!
Kid-friendliness: If you want your kid exposed to rude people that dont care about anyone. Not to mention a drug invested motel behind it.... trap houses are not on my menu or my àgenda tonight
