Good pizza, affordable pricing. Best breadsticks in town. They could use some seating and a larger lobby. Crowding is a bit of an issue. Won't stop me from going back however.

Ordered online verified address for pickup, waiting over 30 minuites for pizza, then asked at counter what the delay was, was told at that point that the order had been sent to a town 2 hours away that i have never been to, they wouldnt remake it and couldnt do a refund. Told to call the other store for a refund all i get it a 7 miniute commercial and no one will anwser and then it hangs up ,i'll be calling corporate tommorow

Ordered a custom deep dish and they gave me all cheese them I went there to get the pizza I ordered and the toppings were very slim this is not a good way to have satisfied customers very disappointed

Nice, clean and friendly employees but unfortunately the wait times are terrible, if you order over the phone, online or on the app expect a minimum of 30 minutes late over any time given. There are never any pizzas in the oven, just employees standing around staring at the 10 customers wondering WHY ARE THERE NO PIZZAS IN THE OVEN?!?!

Ordered a pan pizza and 2 Pepsi's to be picked up. Their registration was down so the sodas were warm. I asked to have them refunded as no one wants warm drinks with their pizza. He started he'd have to return the whole order. I refused that as I had places to be. Do I got my warm sodas and my deep dish pizza. They never even cut the pizza. All in all it's the worst experience I've had with a to go order. The manager never even offered to make it right... Not that there was much he could do, but the offer would of been nice.

I put in a mobile order tonight and it was fulfilled quick, it was correct, and good. What made today stand out though, was Alex's willingness to go out of his way for me. I was already having a trying day and was on the verge of tears from stress when I parked and realized I couldn't find my son's shoes anywhere. He told me he didn't need them so he left them in the driveway at home. I didn't notice and drove all the way there. I called into the store and explained to Alex that I couldn't take my son inside and had no one to help me and he was so understanding and brought my order out to my car. His kindness hit different today. Thank you Alex.

Your order will be ready between 6:24-6:29, waited over 15 minutes in the store for my order. Instead if completing my order, i watched my 3 pizzas and cheesy bread sit on the counter waiting for 2 orders of crazy bread.There slogan should be " IT'S A Waste Time Machine, Order Online, skip the register, skip the service"

Shouldn't take 40 minutes for a order of crazy puffs ? food was sitting out on the counter waiting to be packed for at least 10 min. So now it's cold. DO BETTER!!!!!
