Extremely rude customer service! I called Los Cocos Grill to place an order ahead and the first time I called, the worker just hung up on me. When I called back, she sounded completely bothered like taking an order was such an inconvenience. The attitude was so bad that I ended up saying ânever mind, cancel everything.â If you work in food service, customer service is essential â and clearly thatâs not something they care about here. Iâll definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

Flies everywhere⊠we were the only ones there and pretty much every table was dirty. Food crumbs on the floor. It was not a very good experience. We had to meet our realtor nearby so we stopped in to avoid going to far.

Portions here are real big and real good there was also so much meat on this Quesadilla. ? It's delicious also worth trying or the Burritos or tortas. It's very good food and you'll mostly likely be full off one of these items.?

I was told that there was nowhere to get helotes or bionicos in this town. They LIED TO ME. #mientes I KNEW that I would find a place. I always know where the comida is! My husband even followed me in. I was curious and wanted to see what they offered since we pass this place all the time.
El duele en el estomago, so he needed food fast! I recommended tortilla chips or the kid's menu. What better comfort food than rice, refried beans, and tortillas to calm a 100% Mexican man's tummy? He felt better IMMEDIATELY.
God/dess bless the women and the hands that make the wonderful drinks and food here! Next time I'm having a cĂłcteles de camarones. I know where my spot is now everytime I have to do the laundry!
The food itâs alright but the employees are the worst. I just moved her and for my first time ordering there the lady didnât want to take my order nor give me a receipt for my order. She charged me for all my food but did not give me all the items I ordered. She denied my a receipt and said they donât do receipts there. So I sent a friend to order and she got a receipt from another employee. The employee STOLE MY MONEY! Son rateras las empleadas. The employees are thieves and give terrible service. Iâd be careful eating here make sure you demand an itemized receipt.

My son ordered the carne asada fries. The fries were not crunchy, and my daughters like lengua tacos. The meat was cut into big chunks that had cow hair. It was disgusting. We used the restrooms, us girls and our son used menâs room. Both toilets were clogged and very dirty. Never eating here again.

The sopes here were awesome, and my boyfriend liked the lengua. This place serves more of the authentic cuisine we're missing in my town. Glad we stopped here!
