We found this place by chance last year when we were on the road, and I have been dreaming of the birria ramen ever since. A revelation! Today I’m on the road again and of course took a long detour to enjoy the delicious food at Maggie’s once again. Whether you live in the area or you’re passing through, take the time to drive out here. Food, service, and vibe 10/10.
This place is a bit of a detour off of I-90 but well worth the drive. Amazing (and huge!) tortas and burrito bowls and such lovely service. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re passing through Moses Lake!
