We ate here and two of our children got sick. One child still so sick had dry heaves and trhew up any little water she tried to drink. Had a whole 24 hours wasted on our small weekend trip!

Absolutely the worst service ever had. The two girls at the window got angry at me for knocking on the window and asking for some napkins. The second one who did not serve me told me I could leave. After having the window slammed in my face, not being greeted and being completely ignored, I went into the restaurant to talk with the manager and after I explained what these two entitled employees had done to me, she asked me why I had yelled at them?? I did not yell I simply asked for napkins. I was treat rudely from the beginning and both of these girls were blaming me. The manager then stated she would talk with them. However, I do not believe that and I will be going over her head. No one deserves treatment like I had today.

This place is very hit or miss. Definitely more miss, than hit.... Staff is the same way. Reading the order is not the employees strong suit. So stuff gets missed a lot. On top of food just sitting under the heat lamps, and a ton of staff just standing around, doing nothing, most of the time. The other McDonald's in town is better, faster, fresher, and staff is more friendly.
Placed my order through the App, drove up…extensive wait with multiple cars both lanes. Got to the speaker…could not confirm my order even though taken from my account. Called, no help whatsoever…call back in the AM. ***k this place!

I'm never eating at McDonald's again. 3pm, hadn't ate anything yet for the day so grabbed a quick meal before heading to work. Thought the $5 meal deal was solid for some variety. Wasn't even pulled up to where I could order, so of course the lady taking the order not only rushed and was curt, but I didn't even know if she got the order correct. Not so wonderful customer service. Took a bite of the McDouble and the longest hair I've seen was in the sandwich. Looked throughout it, wouldn't you know, another hair. Absolutely disgusting.

Probably the worst service I've ever received at any fast food establishment I've been to. For some reason the employees that I dealt with were rude and didn't want to be there apparently. My food was terrible including my hamburger buns that were burnt.

It’s the 5th time I order my food and always mess up my order or even missing burgers make sure before driving off your order is complete wasting time and money and gas and still not getting my order right and they should go back to getting pay 10 an hour
