Wrong order, but charged the total price for the order I made and didn't receive. I drove away and we noticed after we were back on the road. I called and the girl argued with me. It was McD's next to Walmart. Crappy service. My kid wouldn't eat what we got.

All in all the restaurant was very clean, however I can't say much about the customer service since the customer does literally all the work themselves. Taking the order, paying and picking up, only thing they do is make the food very little interaction is done with the actual crew members. Although I can say that one day I had ordered a mocha frappe and on my way away from the restaurant I dropped it over my bike of the curb and they remade it for me without question which was really nice of them.

My past two orders have been made wrong. Yesterday I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Cheeseburger was missing in the order. Today my daily double was made using only one meat patty instead of two. Waited at numbered stall almost 10 minutes for order.

Had two orders. With receipts in hand. One was large and was given to the person in front of me. Stuck in drive thru for 30m total while they remade it. Gentleman told me he read back the order to the people, but of course they lied. whereas I had a lengthy, physical receipt with 5 different sandwiches & chicken strips, with drinks- over $35 worth of food passed off. Gentleman was kind. But this was a LARGE order to have just passed off.

Typical fast food restaurant double cheeseburgers tasted like they were fresh yesterday morning morning, but the new chicken strips with creamy chili sauce was pretty bomb overall not the best experience I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst
