Michael's on the Lake

I have been here many times and for many different occasions. It is such a nice spot that is very delicious and has great variety. I love that it’s in the water and can be a great date night spot!

Was really disappointed in the rack of rack of ribs. Usually seasoned well but this time they were tasteless with barbecue sauce.

The food is consistent. Happy hour is the best time to go. They have added some new items finally. Might go there a bit more often now. Say Hi to Duncan on the bar he is fantastic at his job.

Nice building interior with a view of the lake. All of the staff we interacted with were very attentive and professional. Our experience only fell short on food, i'm sure there are good dishes to be found on the very extensive menu but everything i ordered was sub par. The sauce on the fried cauliflower appetizer was very odd, a sweet and sour of sorts but neither sweet nor sour with the consistency of tomato paste. My lettuce wraps were awful in every way. The sauce was watery and bland with too much soy sauce, the chicken and vegetables were in large chunks which made it near impossible to eat with the small cut lettuce triangles, and the crispy noodles had a weird half-soggy texture that did nothing to help the dish. The chef should seriously consider reworking this presentation entirely.

We had just arrived to Moses Lake for a hockey tournament this past weekend. Thank you for taking our group of 18 with no notice. Everything was fantastic, food, service, atmosphere! We will come back next time we are in town!

I come to Moses Lake quarterly for work and really want to like it here, I’ve been on a Quixotic attempt to like the food I really have but it’s never been good not once. Staff is fantastic and the ambiance is great, but I have never enjoyed a meal here.

Excellent restaurant. Everything was fresh, and had one of the best burgers I've had. Fries were also excellent and crispy. Not oily at all. The burger was Very juicy and flavorful. Everything reasonably priced, some things on the high side, but not too bad all in all. Also I saw that the fish and chips were fresh, and had tons of flavor. Great view of the lake as well. Recommend

We visited on New Year's Eve to celebrate our anniversary. While the atmosphere looked romantic, it was incredibly loud, which dampened the mood. Additionally, the wobbly chair and table didn’t help.

My husband’s steak was excellent, but I ordered the Parmesan halibut, and the bottom of the fish was overcooked to the point that it was difficult to cut through. I had to peel the fish off the bottom, though the flavor itself was good. The noodles served with it, however, were disappointing—the sauce was watery and lacked flavor.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t a great one either.

The food was great as always but we really wanted give our server, Kyle, a shoutout. It was a crazy busy night, he had a huge party next to us and he was so attentive to us and made sure we always had drink refills. He’s truly a rockstar server and we always enjoy sitting in his section. Can’t wait to come back!
