Extremely disappointing service. I waited 45 minutes, standing, while being told I was next on the waitlist. There were two empty tables the entire time, yet no one ever called my name or acknowledged me. I was never seated. At some point, it became clear I wasn’t going to be helped, so I left and took my business elsewhere. I may give it a second chance in the future — not anytime soon. I truly hope my experience will be different.

The dining car offered a unique and charming atmosphere. The delicious food was clearly prepared with care and attention. The friendly servers created a welcoming and familial ambiance. It truly felt like a special place to share a meal. This would be a wonderful spot to bring visitors for a memorable experience.

Servers were very nice and worked hard. 20 minutes wait to get a table. Our hopes were high. Waited over 45 minutes to get our order. Hopes dashed. Eggs were OK. Hashbrowns ok but overly salted and not hot. Bacon and sausages were inedible. They must have been on the grill since first service. Dryed out and overly Salty. Sorry Mom and Pop but we won't be back.

Worst breakfast we've ever eaten. Pancake was tasteless, hashbrowns were soaked in oil and cold! My egg was not good either. The only item that had any taste was the omelette and it only mediocre. The coffee tasted like the water came out of a highly chlorinated pool. We always tip really good, but we did not tip for this food, we already paid way more than it was worth and came away still hungry. The waitress wasn't super friendly either. Will never stop there again.

Denver omelet and order of quinoa-spinach hash browns, 2 eggs OE, all way too oily. Wish the hash browns had more than a fleck of spinach and 2 Tblsp mixed in to the hash browns. Mediocre coffee. But cute setting in an old railroad car. Unfortunately it all felt slightly greasy.

Great place to grab a bite. Reasonable prices. May want to call ahead to get your name on the list. We went for Sunday breakfast. We didn't have to wait long but others after did have about 15-20 minutes to wait.
Stopped in driving home from a road trip. Was surprised at how good the breakfast was. The eggs and sausage are eggs and sausage as you'd expect but the pancakes are as good if not better than what you'd find at any upscale urban breakfast joint. I regret not taking a picture
