We love their pizzas

I’ve never been here before. There was a girl and maybe 3-4 young guys working with her. She was RUNNING. Everywhere at once, register and making pizzas. She checked me out and got swamped shortly after. I was about 20-30m after my pickup time so I wouldn’t rush them, so I don’t think she realized my pizzas were ready and sitting there. I patiently got back in line, but after the line finished I was left standing and the poor girl was still running, having to direct the others. I asked a gentleman who went by me to just hand me my pizzas so I could leave because I had paid, receipt in hand. He told me ‘someone would be right with me’ , blowing me off & looked to be spacing out, trying to ignore customers basically, despite me saying I had paid. The girl came back to me and asked about my sides once again and I told her my pizzas are behind her & she realized what had happened, apologizing.

I cannot stress how this girl was trying to be so many places at once while the gentlemen looked absolutely spaced out & gone. I felt so bad for her.

Really disappointed that I'm charged extra for a large stuffed crust pizza, but end up with a medium by the time they roll the crust to stuff it. When I got it home I stretched the crust to fit the outside of the pan, but then I had an inch and a half all around the outside of the pizza with no toppings.

The staff was friendly and had my pizzas ready to go when promised.

Not hard to spread the toppings closer to the edge of the pizza. It’s a 5 topping pizza and the ingredients are scarce. The orange color of the cheese makes it look like there’s more toppings than there are. Barely any chicken. Toppings are uneven and missing in huge parts of the pizza. Looked like whoever made this pizza had a blindfold on.

Very friendly atmosphere, and great service from the young man that helped us.

Usually you guys do a great job with pizza. But today's was not up to standard. Side by side picture of your advertisement vs what we were given. Disappointed!

Their on line price for a family pizza isn't what they said they changed regular price. Flavor wasn't as good as I'm used to at home in Idaho. On the other hand the service was great and they made the adjustment in price very quick.
