Pretty good place for a healthier alternative to fast food. The service was quick, and professional and the food was pretty good! It's not a sit down restaurant quality meal, but it's not supposed to be. The place was clean and organized with plenty of seating. Overall, I would eat here again.

Parking: There's a good little parking lot around the side of the building.

Moses Lake has limited vegan options and given Subway, McDonalds, Subway, etc. don't cater for vegans as they do worldwide in the US (shameful) ... Then having a great salad bar with good vegan protein options is much better than trying to build your own visiting the local supermarket (store). Really tasty and healthy options and substantial enough to keep you going beyond your next meal. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-27

We have been wanting to try here since we enjoy Mediterranean and anything Greek. But we were skeptical of the fast food vibes. Do not let that happen to you, this place has a sub shop feel, the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. But most importantly the woman working is extremely pleasant and the food was great! I'm not sure if she is the owner or manager but she was the only one there, we did have to wait for a moment to get our food but she made sure we were comfortable...
