I ordered a small hut box which comes with just a small pizza and 4 boneless chicken which came up to 11$ and it’s toook them 30 mins to get it out to me. I came here on my lunch from work so imagine how I felt having to get my food just to not eat it because they took so long. It was also so hot inside and just crazy how long it took. I know now not to ever come here when I’m working or in general lol

Ordered ar 8:57, told it'd be here 9:27-9:37. Called at 9:37. Said they were short staffed. Went our for delivery at 9:48. Ridiculous! This is why you DO NOT give tips until after after. This is a company issue, not employee or customer. If they want to keep both, figure it out!!

So went in to order pizza, stood around at the counter for about 5 mins first I was told 2 to 3 mins then asked again the manager said another 8 to 10 mins, this heavier set guy with absolutely no customer service skills and definitely does not know how to talk to guests. And with music way to loud and couldn’t even hear me talking to the people of front to order any food. Plus I’m not saying this offend anyone but when a customer comes into a restaurant usually they play music everyone understands but every time it’s always Mexican music and always to loud. Would be nice if you play music you should probably lower it so we don’t have to yell. And probably not leave chemicals gloves and dirty rags by the machines that cooks our food.

Ordered pizza that was delivered over hour and 45 min later. Called manager and was told i get free pizza. Called a week later and they said i didnt order one and i clearly have receipt. Talked to a rude lady that wouldnt give her name! Avoid this place at all cost! I received a free pissa coupon and when i entered code it wouldnt order it in my location. I would not recommend them to anyone! They are very dishonest and make horrible pies. Never will we be returning to pizza hut!

Ordered pizza online, it was ready when it was supposed to be and done perfect. Can't ask for much more than that. Well, the employees were very friendly in offering plates and utensils, so a nice bonus there.

I prefer the Pizza Hut on Pioneer way. They consistently uphold standards unlike the Pizza Hut on Stratford Road. Unfortunately I live near Stratford so I’m in their delivery zone. Every single time I order a pizza from there it has NO sauce! And yes I have opted for extra sauce and they still can’t get it right. I recommend ordering from the Pizza Hut on Pioneer Way.*** Update: Pizza quality is getting better. Still a hit or miss. Delivery driver customer service great!

This Pizza Hut is very hit or miss but it shouldn't be. My last order earlier this year was the Hot Honey Pizza along with a Hawaiian pizza with pepperoni. The Hot Honey Pizza had no cupped pepperoni and little sauce. The other pizza had no pepperoni and also a little bit of sauce. The was just my last order. I can't get in details about missing wings, missing toppings, inaccurate ready to pickup times and more. However, the employees are great and always so kind and the restaurant is always very inviting. Too bad the actual food is rather disappointing.

I'll have to tell you what. I did a taste taste just the other day between Dominos, Great cheesy bread! Little ceaser. Ya and Pappa John's. Nice dough! But Pizza Hut. Not just any pizza hut but strictly " the one over there's by the Walmart". Yes that one, the one off Stratford Rd. The atmosphere has been more lively lately. I always see the employees smiling and it seems they enjoy their jobs too! And those delivery drivers. Talk about stealth delivery. They are Soo quick! I was told delivery charge does not go to the drivers. So I tip'd my driver because he was professional, funny, a true cheerful delivery driver. But yes I love my Stratford Rd. Pizza hut by far the best. The wings are totally amazing. Those little apple tarts. Yummy!!! Not to add the stuffed crust pizza melts in your mouth. I'm one for the bone in wings and the new cheesy bread. Sorry Dominos ?. But thank you for being there when I'm hungry. That's all..I could go on forever.Depends on how long is forever?Ooooh something shiny :)
