I don’t know what it is maybe because i’m a guy, but the times i was here they where not friendly at all. it’s all girls working here and maybe they think every guy that come by it’s gonna hit on them! not all guys are trying to get whit you! so for me costumer service in number one i know they don’t care but i never went back! good luck!

My dad was in the hospital passing away, so I drove in from Spokane to be with my mom for a week. My mom and dad were regulars. I came through one of the mornings to get my mom's order and one of the girls recognized her order and asked how she was doing. I filled her in as to what was going on and she expressed her condolences. I thought it was very sweet of her to recognize an order and ask how she was. I also loved the coffee! Dutch Bros has nothin on Simply Divine, doesn't even come close to comparison.
