10 dollars for burnt coffee is crazyyyy

Apperently this is a “splash” of half and half these days. Can’t taste the coffee at all. (Should be 2 blonde shots over ice with a splash of half and half). After asking them to remake it twice ; I gave up. Somebody needs to retrain these employees because I’m tired of wasting hard earned money on this garbage. I’ve gotten this drink every time I go to Starbucks for the past 5 years so yes I’ve gotten very used to what it’s supposed to taste like by now

Nice and friendly staff. Very patient when you are trying to order. The location is usually busy around lunchtime but they are able to make it a very quick and efficient experience.

It's great. Just don't accidentally order on line from the wrong store bcuz they do Not put the $ back on your account. Even when you call them IMMEDIATELY to cancel order.

I typically go through the drive-through. But today I went inside and it’s absolutely disgusting. I wiped the table with a Lysol wipe and it was literally black. There are flies everywhere, which is concerning. I can only imagine how dirty is behind the counter.

I just went through the drive-through to see if I could purchase a gift card for my granddaughters birthday. The man at the window was extremely helpful. Gave me a choice of designs as well as putting it in a small envelope for her that I could write a personal message on. She was very happy. Which makes me very happy. Thank you.

Only downside, typical Starbucks the music is too loud. Meh.

The drinks are good, average drinks.

It's the service that really shines. Cute hand written messages on the cups. Willing to do shenanigans for others. Always friendly when we walk in.

Stopped in for a quick iced coffee and Megan took my order and went the extra mile. Thankful for excellent customer service. Will be back again.

Best service I've had at any Starbucks. I'm in Moses Lake on an extended business trip and go to the Stratford location often. Love the fact that they open at 3:30 am since I start work at 4am. When I dine in they serve my drink and food in ceramicware which is a very nice touch.

Always get my drink order wrong and it tastes like milk and water with a hint of syrup.
This time after I payed and gave my tip he alerts me that he charged me for a larger size by accident. Instead of asking me if I want him to make it over he says he'll add steamed milk to a larger cup since it's the same amount of shots. But I wanted a smaller size. I said yeah it's fine.. got my drink and it doesn't taste like coffee at all.
Pretty disappointed. He was very polite and nice but just didn't understand the process when you take someone's money. Also doesn't know how to make coffee.

Asked for a nitro cold brew. Got a nitro foam brew. Tossed it in parking lot. Don’t like the sassy atmosphere also.
