Usually, I don’t go to this location b/c they always forget whip or add too much ice. But I went today and your new team rocks!!! The mocha had just the right amount of milk. Your staff knows their coffee’s well enough to re-direct to the right drinks (Java chip-> Cookie crumble) Well done! 🩵

Thank you Nikki! My drink? Perfect. My mood? Instantly lifted. My faith in customer service? Restored. They remembered people’s names, cracked jokes, and still managed to whip out flawless drinks like a pro on a mission. If Starbucks gave out medals, this legend would have a chest full of them.
Whoever’s managing this location keep Nikki happy, give them a raise, best energy your store’s ever had.

I noticed a change in the store and wasn’t sure why. I learned that Nikki one of the supervisors was gone to help other stores and had returned. I feel like the crew may have missed this dynamic at the store too. Nikki has problem solved many issues for me in the past and is never upset to do it… even if it’s from another store in town I was too embarrassed to go back to.

I was visiting Moses Lake and needed to work for a while. The staff at this Starbucks are fantastic. They work together like a family and it's clear they care about each other and their customers. Music selection and sound quality was superb from the moment I arrived. Wifi was a bit sluggish. My breakfast sandwich was a little cold in spots but no matter, was still great. And my tea was excellent.

Apperently this is a “splash” of half and half these days. Can’t taste the coffee at all. (Should be 2 blonde shots over ice with a splash of half and half). After asking them to remake it twice ; I gave up. Somebody needs to retrain these employees because I’m tired of wasting hard earned money on this garbage. I’ve gotten this drink every time I go to Starbucks for the past 5 years so yes I’ve gotten very used to what it’s supposed to taste like by now

It's great. Just don't accidentally order on line from the wrong store bcuz they do Not put the $ back on your account. Even when you call them IMMEDIATELY to cancel order.

I typically go through the drive-through. But today I went inside and it’s absolutely disgusting. I wiped the table with a Lysol wipe and it was literally black. There are flies everywhere, which is concerning. I can only imagine how dirty is behind the counter.
