Asked for a nitro cold brew. Got a nitro foam brew. Tossed it in parking lot. Don’t like the sassy atmosphere also.

I went to this location twice today. The first time I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and received a peppermint mocha. I went back to try and get the correct order - I specified that I wanted a peppermint hot chocolate, no coffee or coffee flavoring, and I received steamed milk with peppermint syrup. After questioning the barista, she confidently informed that they were unable to make a regular hot chocolate and they were only able to make mochas.

Last I checked:
steamed milk + chocolate flavoring = hot chocolate
steamed milk + espresso + chocolate flavoring = mocha

How can you make one and not the other? Also, what warm drinks does this location plan on offering for children or those sensitive to caffeine?

Worst experience. First off order ahead is turned off. The drive thru line long and slow!. Store front locked to the public. I spoke to some people sitting outside and they said it's always like this . They keep the doors locked so you have to go to drive thru and then park and sit outside.

My drinks have always been what I expected. Service has been better since they replaced that fish-faced manager.

Johnathon is the new manager. He's friendly and helpful. Seems to be gradually cleaning up house after one big party after the other sort of mentality from previous manager.
Keep up the good work!

We asked for quad espressos and got flavored MILK!!!! We called to ask if we could get them remade and the guy hung up on us. Didn't even ask our names. Was very rude. Now I have to waste my time going back up to HOPEFULLY get the correct drinks. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT THE STARBUCKS STANDARD I HAVE HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT.

Very horrible drink they made for me and it was entirely wrong. I’m really angry. They always make the wrong order and have the audacity to charge the amount it’s not worth. At least ensure you read the order first before making it.

Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes to pick up an order for a delivery. The order was ready and sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged up. When we ask for the order the snotty little gal behind the counter said well we are busy. If Starbucks doesn’t want to do the delivery orders, then don’t accept them.
