If you don't like to be chatted with at all the entire interaction when you get your coffee, this Starbucks is for you.
When we ordered after EVERY. ITEM. We got asked "is there anything else?!" Which there was but speaking as someone who has worked in food industry and as a barista.... it's not good service to continually ask if there is anything else and typically upsets the customer or results in the customer not buying as much because they feel pestered.

This store has gone thru a lot of changes recently, new management and new baristas have really made such a big difference. It's clean, staffed and my coffee is consistently amazing! If you haven't been recently I recommend going in and seeing the difference for yourself! Love this location ❤️

Dirtiest Starbucks I’ve seen in 4 states! Garbage cans overflowing, garbage on floor in restrooms and disgusting sinks. I would be appalled at this if I were the manager. I am totally disgusted and my best friend works at corporate!

This Starbucks is worse and worse every time we go. Baristas are not very friendly, this time my husband got a chai with 2 shots, we tasted it and the espresso tasted very burnt and bitter, it even over powered the chai. My americano was also extremely bitter tasting. I asked the barista to remake JUST the chai, and she was a bit sassy and reluctant. When she remade the drink, she didn’t put the espresso shots in it the second time. It’s expensive enough now to go to Starbucks, but for poor customer service and below par coffee is extremely disappointing. I worked at Starbucks in college and we were held to a MUCH higher standard than this. I would definitely recommend picking a different coffee shop.

You can always count on Starbucks for consistency. I drink a simple breve mocha. You'd be surprised just how messed up that simple order can get at other stands. Always what I ordered. My wife and I are always on the go so coffee or if town is always Starbucks.

Drove up and after waiting 10+ minutes at the drive through, we pulled up to the window at 5:30 on the dot, interrupted a barista making a drink who rudely told us they were closed. Update your hours or get your employees on the same page with your hours? We weren’t the only ones waiting…

I am are the kid was new but didn’t feel the need to take off his sunglasses to take orders at the counter. He asked for help and the gentleman that helped him was rude to him and I both when he was trying to verify what I was ordering. A simple “ no, I am sorry we don’t have that anymore.”, would have been nice instead of a rude “no, it’s discontinued!” Worst customer service I have had there!
