I told her my whole pick up order wasn't in the bag, she told me she couldn't check it because it was taped shut, so I opened it up and showed her what was and wasn't in the bag and she got defensive saying it made her uncomfortable that I did what she asked me to do.... Kids these days are way to sensitive...

Maybe I've said this before but I crave their Hot Shot italianos with mayo and mustard on both sides, untoasted, pepper jack cheese, spinach, lettuce, toms, sometimes olives, jalapenos(love em!), Parmesan vinegarette, and lotsa ground pepper. Leave it rolled up for about 30 minutes to let the tastes mingle and it's oh oh oh So good! Yep-that's all I go there for!

Service is pretty slow when I come here (not the fault of the employees, there's usually only one or two), but I was pretty annoyed with the fact that I walked in, placed my order in-person, and then suddenly got bumped to lowest priority behind a Doordash and a drive-thru order that both came in after me.

I had to wait almost an extra 30 minutes to finally get my sandwich finished. I guess "first come, first served" doesn't apply here, which is particularly awful since I took the effort to drive and come into the store rather than staying at home or in my car.

Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry, but if you are, go somewhere else. Only reason service doesn't get one star is the employees are generally pretty nice.

One of the employees here needs to take a shower. And I mean no disrespect, but dude had dandruff falling off the top of his head onto his shirt and onto Customer sandwiches. I pulled one of the Employees to the side to let them know about the situation and asked them to make my sandwich instead all the way down the line so I didn’t have dandruff falling into my sandwich. I would’ve given this place five stars The only reason why it didn’t get one star is because the other employee was courteous enough to swap places with dandruff.

I was charged for another clients sandwich. When I brought it to the attention of the gentleman at the register, he did not do ANYTHING at the register or POS system and told me I would receive a refund on my card in 24 hours and would not need to do anything further on my end.When I asked for my receipt for this “refund” the gentleman told me he didn’t know how to do refunds and that I would need to wait. I waited for his coworker to help me and the matter was resolved but I have a big problem with one of your associates LYING to me without an issue. This is wrong.

What a disappointment this facility is. We stopped in primarily because we can USUALLY order the Foot Long as a wrap and save some carbs. The so-called Sandwich Artist behind the counter laid out the wrap and the meat, not even amounting to 4 oz...This shall be a 33% meat increase, as advertised for the Titan Turkey? What B.S.!!! , Upon challenging the meat portion, an employee held up two measly containers of shredded something to "prove" how wrong we were. We were then over charged, the idiotic employee asking for nearly $44! After further revisions and screw ups on the ticket, which reduced the incorrect charges only $3, we gave up and paid the criminal payment demand. You can see the receipt and how they charged us incorrectly. How does 2 tiny wraps, nearly devoid of meat ($11.79), two extra meat charges ($3), and two bottles of soda ($?) come to $41.98??? When I stated that we had much bigger wraps at two other locations (Eatonville, WA and Firestone, CO), the brilliant sandwich artist replied with "Oh, you are a long ways from home." This is yet another example of very poor customer service, typical of everywhere you spend your hard earned dollars. Worst Subway experience, EVER. Thanks a lot 1520 S. Went to Subway on Pioneer. They were out of tomato ??, didn't say anything till after u ordered it, NOT B4 u ordered giving u the option not to order...Very upset considering this was my 2nd choice of sandwich order. I said nvm, forget my total order. The clerk, excitedly claimed, "I already started making it, u'll have to stay in line n pay for it', I told him, 'No, u can't fill my whole order, I'm not going to order 1 sandwich n eat in front of my husband bcuz u can't make his sandwich, I don't think so!!' I left the line.

I Couldn't afford to eat THERE. I'm shocked at the prices! No more for me....

Kid-friendliness: Well.... You go onto subway and realize Everything is to much for the amount of money you have. Grand kid's start crying cause they don't understand. And we all leave VERY upset. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY FOR SURE, NOT ANY MORE. GEEZ THANKS
