I went in at 8pm thinking I’d order a sub and take back to my hotel. Been traveling all day. Walked in the young kid long hair in a ponytail would not acknowledge me nor the customer behind me. No eye contact, no verbal acknowledgement. Nothing. We stood there for about 5 minutes. Finally myself and other customer walked out. Never experienced that before. These young kids these days have no courtesy.

our food was getting so many flies on them and we noticed they have all the meats open while all the flies are just around them, horrible service and they seemed upset when we told them to remake our sandwich. ate here out of pure desperation since is the only thing around.

Idk what this Cyndi Hatcher is crying about. I have had nothing bit excellent service. Smiling employees, great tasting fresh food, and a very amazing manager that is managing 3 locations. I highly recommend coming here. Can't complain about prices because the Subways are there at our convenience. Also the employees listen very well and can read very well. Never had a problem in the restaurant or online. Thankyou Subway Team.

Arrived thirty minutes before close and wanted to order a salad as I have a gluten allergy and can't have a sandwich. Employee says we've already counted our bowls for inventory want a sandwich.

I ordered two sandwiches a week ago. One of them was made correctly. One of them was way off. I have tried for over a week to get in touch with the manager to have the sandwich replaced and no one returns a phone call and no one knows how to replace the sandwich apparently I wouldn’t recommend it because apparently they can’t read a piece of paper and follow along with what you want on your sandwich. And the manager is nonexistent I don’t think there is one

Took 30 minutes to get two itialin bmts and it cost 32 dollars lol. I'll never go to subway again.
This is what $17 dollars gets you. Thin slice of turkey, thin slice of pepperoni, the cheese wasn’t even real cheese. It was processed American “pepper jack”.
Tried to order on line but there website kept going down. Got a table right away but had to wait for the one girl that was working to do the online orders before she could wait for us. I had gotten the chicken bacon ranch before and it was really good but when she made it, it was less than average and we had to pay full price cause of their website. I won't go back to that one again. Very disappointed. ..

My coworker and we're in need of a quick meal. He has the Subway app and he suggests that we do the 6.99 footlong deal, and I agree to do the deal. As we arrived I didn't realize it was only through the app, so I asked the workers and they sternly told me I needed to download the app. No help there. My coworker ordered through the app on the way (I was driving) and these workers didn't think his order came through, unfortunately it didn't go through. But, they did not look at anything to confirm that it didn't go through and basically turned us away. Still, we wanted the deal. So I downloaded the app, signed up and placed my order. My coworker still had issues with the app, might have been his card. Finally, we got our order in (through the app) and had our order ready time set. As time passes we're wondering why it's taking so long, wasn't busy and we were the only people sitting in the whole place (barely five feet from the register). So we check our apps and my coworkers one says it's almost ready and mine says it was "picked up" already. Neither of us had our orders... So I finally walk up to the Uber/to go shelf and there, there were our orders. Ready and getting cold by the second. No courteousness to tell us that our orders were ready when there was no one else in the place. My sandwich and churros were cold. Churro wasn't sugared at all, couldn't finish it. All in all, poor service and cold food.

Terrible experience around lunch time today. Went to taco deal mar first (which is next door) so had our to go food but also wanted to get cookies from subway to go as well. The second we opened the door employee started yelling saying no outside food. Did not communicate this nicely at all and missed out on a quick sale. Will not return to this location as employees are rude and clearly do not welcome our business! Appalling treatment today!

We went during a lunch rush and the sandwich artist with the blonde bun was SLAYING. The person she was with was in training and was going slower than a sloth’s pace at best but she kept a kind attitude and was still helping the girl in training with a massive line. Give that blonde bun girl a raise!

Placed an online order, and it was supposed to be done at 1:20 as I placed it at 1. It was 1:40 when I received my food after they continued to help customers as they walk in. This is the only location we use, and my husband order the steak and cheese and got maybe a scoop of meat if that. Will be ordering from a different location. Poor service.
