Today I had the misfortune of dropping my wallet while riding my motorcycle. I hadn't noticed until I went to grab for it. Long story short, the lovely lady working covered my meal and wished me luck finding my wallet. Thank you again for your kindness.

Last night 7/19/25. I went through the drive through at this location and was appalled and disappointed to find two young male workers coughing and sneezing all about the restaurant and the drive through window. If employees are sick why not send them home? Is this even up to health codes?

Tacos are 95% lettuce 5% meat then they have the audacity to ask “would you like to add extra meat” no I want you to put the normal amount of meat on the taco like you used to and not have to pay more. Weirdos

I haven't eaten at Taco Bell for decades, but I gave them a try again because my son says their Tacos are good. Well, he was right, and now I've been there several times for the spicy Tacos and Diablo hot sauce.
Constantly messes up on orders, regardless if there is a line or not, inside or at the drive-thru. For example asked to add extra tomato to a item that already comes with tomato, and they don't put any tomato at all on item. Yet they still charge you for the the the extra tomato. You ask for diablo sauce, and they don't put that in the bag with order, they put mild sauce in the bag.

75% of the time I have horrendous service from this Taco Bell branch. It’s crazy the amount of attitude the associates and managers have towards customers that are just there to get their food. It’s understandable that sometimes it’s busy but to start complaint about a customer that is right in front of you isn’t professional. I hope the customer service aspect gets better instead of asking to take someone’s order and then never reply in the drive thru 🤷🏻♀️

Ordered online. Waited 10 mins before I left my house to go pick up my food. I get there. Let them know I placed an online order etc they said okay. I pull forward the boy at the window said “you need to wait until we ask you for your order you need to go back in line.” Excuse you no. I had given you guys my name for the online order and the girl said “okay.” There was no need to go all the way back in line when they knew I was there.Terrible attitudes and customer services to both the gentlemen and young girl. This wasn’t the first time. Wouldn’t recommend coming here with the staff they have. The back liner did an amazing job making the food. Everything was warm and delicious! I have never given the staff a hard time. don’t understand why every time I come it’s always the same thing. definitely agree they need to do better with the crew and mangers during night shifts.
