Me and seven other people standing at the front counter, waiting for somebody to come take her order for 10 minutes and finally I asked hey what’s going on? Are you guys closed up front and the response I got was oh sorry we don’t have anybody to take your order so I left didn’t even get a chance to order food. Everybody’s just standing there all these customers trying to order food it’s pathetic absolutely pathetic.

Awful. They had a full staff and people inside were waiting for 15 mins for their order including us while drive thru was clearly taking precedence as they have a timer for each order. All the cooks were so extremely slow and just standing there We had to ask 3 times where our order was

Extremely rude service. Brandy has made my order wrong multiple times. And everytime argues with me about it to end up being wrong. As far as taco bell as a whole you shouldn't incurage your employees to be rude and rush your customers. I had 4 people in my car and they weren't sure what they wanted. Your menu has different items. Then the menu screen changes every 8 seconds so you have to wait for it to show you the options again. I should be able to easily read your menu so that I can place my order. Just like every other restaurant on the planet

Paula is the most charismatic employee out of all of them by miles, she allways does a great job and she caught the pepole in the back allmost forgetting my cheese cup. Paula you are the best thank you! I’ll be back Forsure, whoever folded this crunch wrap supreme needs to be shown again how to fold them tho haha
