Food is great as always but I used the call ahead app as i havr a messed up ankle and parked in the " call ahead parking only" and assumed since I am visible and in that spot the food would be brought out by the 304 time it said. Instead another customer had to tell me if my name is so and so my food is in there and ready....what is the point of " call ahead parking spots only" if you have to walk in and get it, I may as well used drive up, been told to park around side and someone will bring it out to me as they have in the past when busy. I can clearly see the cashiers as they me and weren't busy so why would they not walk out and ask if I was there for a pick up from call ahead since parked there. Then I could say " yes Captain Obvious" anyways specify on app how to notify employees you are there.

The food was actually pretty good id say a 9 out of 10 stars, but the service a totally different story.......maybe they wer short staffed but we seen 16 cars go through the drive thu and we waited 33 for minutes of my lunch hour jus to order food then 10 min to get it......but id go there again,but through the drive thru the lol

Tasted like Taco Bell that you left in the fridge, then reheated the next morning. It cost about double of what I'd expect. No bueno. Oh yeah, it was cold too.

Absolutely horrible. Our order was not made properly. They left off most of the ingredients on the burritos. They also microwaved the burritos for way too long, what lettuce was on them went brown and gross and burned the hell out off your mouth but the meat was cold. I won't be stopping by this Taco Time again.

This place has just gone downhill. The size of their soft burrito is half of what it was several years ago. Other taco Time northwest's like the one in Wenatchee or North Bend still serve the correct size, for the same price. I hate to say it, but avoid this taco Time.

The bathroom was a pit. Heaven knows when that sink was last cleaned. I believe that says a lot about how the employees feel about working there. Unfortunate.
