Waited forever for the baked potato. Got home and they didn't have my burger on the order. Guess that's why it was so cheap. But it was read back to me at the ordering window.. so?? I usually don't have trouble here and tonight was just awful. 👎

I ordered a frosty and then waited for 15 min and was then given the wrong size and no one would even come over so I could get the right size. I will never go back there again and I would tell anyone to not waste there time going to this Wendy’s.

We went inside for a single Dave's burger. The meat in mine was way too salty to eat. The buns were stale. Past performances were way better!! Hopefully they get new cooks or management.
Y'all need a new manager bad. Every time we come here you guys are scrambling and messing up everything. Like I don't think it's y'all's fault, but I feel like your manager is not managing. It always takes forever to get the food and then it's always all mixed up. Sometimes I don't even get the right stuff. I know you can do better. I believe in youuuuu

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. Waited 30 mins in The drive-through. They were rude and the manager was on her phone instead of doing anything. After waiting 30mins in line they then for got to give me half my order. The chick at the first window didn’t even open her window to greet me she just stood there with her back turned towards me. Hello !!!! I have been a fast food manager before and I’ll tell you! YALL DOING IT WRONG! 😑

Both soda machines were broken, and there was a huge puddle on the floor that a worker kinda sorta mopped up, but not really. The CO2 needed changing in the one working pop machine, and they knew it but no one seemed to care. If you wanted bubbles, they cheerfully offered to use the drive-through machine for you, but they weren't working on the problem itself - or warning people.
