Both soda machines were broken, and there was a huge puddle on the floor that a worker kinda sorta mopped up, but not really. The CO2 needed changing in the one working pop machine, and they knew it but no one seemed to care. If you wanted bubbles, they cheerfully offered to use the drive-through machine for you, but they weren't working on the problem itself - or warning people.

Through the drive-thru normally, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. But the food is always hot and fresh and it doesn't seem to matter how many cars are in line in front of me. They always get people through pretty quickly, and they keep a smile on.
