Without a doubt the best beef I've had outside of Chicago, and even better than some in Chicago. Fries were exceptional too.
This place instantly became a must stop whenever I'm driving through the area. Only bummer is they aren't closer to the Seattle area so I could go all the time!

My wife does not do well with spicy food so I even asked if the beef sandwich was spicy. I don’t know what scale they work off but her mouth was on fire after one bite. Needless to say it was a waste of an expensive sandwich. I like spicy food and it was definitely “not spicy” as I was assured. Plus they were both so soggy that it was mush by the time we got home (10 min away). I don’t know why the dip doesn’t come separate. Maybe they do that in Chicago but it’s not customary here so they really need to communicate to expect a soggy mess. Even the bag was soaked through. Very disappointed.

This place was superb! Awesome food truck! We wanted something delicious on the way home from Spokane. Wize guys is in Moses lake. Super nice guy and the best food ever. Everyone should stop at Wizeguys. Yum! He explained the menu because we were first timers. We will definitely be back! It was made fresh. Great flavor. ❤️❤️

I would eat here every day if I lived in Moses Lake! The soft delicious bread was piled with thick cut, quality, well seasoned beef. I got the traditional Italian beef with sweet peppers, my husband got the combination beef sandwich with spicy peppers. We were both impressed and got so full! The whole experience was fabulous including the chef owner who walked us through ordering. I will go out of my way to eat here next time I'm on the east side of the state

Me and my husband are staying in soap lake and decided to make the short drive over to Moses lake to try Wize Guys Beefs. Definitely worth it and worth every penny. We paid $30 for two pizza puffs and fries and a panini. Everything is authentic Chicago cuisine. Guy at the front was so nice and extremely informative because it was our first time. Will definitely make the stop again next time we are over in this area.
Came to town to visit family and wanted to try something new. Glad we stopped! First time trying a Italian Beef Sandwich. Larry was friendly and kind sharing all of the options and explaining about authentic beef sandwiches. I opted for the sweet peppers and American Cheese. My husband got the spicy peppers with American Cheese. The spicy peppers were definitely hot! Service was fresh and made to order! Definitely will be back to try something else.

Been here for 5 months and this is hands down some of the best food here. not only the best food truck out here, and there's quite a few, some of the best food in general. The sandwiches are amazing. I don't like hot dogs but those are very good as well. I wish I could get a wise guys beef in Phoenix when i go home
