UPDATE. All reasons to stay in Thurston County have ended, I'm leaving and heading south somewhere. I HAD to go get this pizza one more time b4 I drive too far away to go get it. This Hawaiin pizza is so good, I talked to Kent and Angie about opening a franchise in AZ! (I was only half kidding! ). Seriously folks, Uptown Pizza is about 65 minutes from Thurston County. It's a great date destination because it allows the daters to talk. It's a great family destination because the kids will not go hungry! Make the drive, you'll not regret it! Driving around Lewis County looking for a house or business to buy and got in the mood for pizza. We found a couple different places BUT Uptown Pizza blew our minds! I'm a chef. I'm kind of cursed with critiquing every place we eat. As soon as I opened the non descript box my mouth started watering! I truly wish you could smell the pictures! When I got to talking with the owners, they told us of the trials they went thru creating their pizza crust and sauce. A year of testing the recipes over and over ended with the BEST pizza we've ever had. I showed the pics to a friend and when we go to get ours, we now pick one up for his family as well. Now, the kicker. UPTOWN PIZZA is 1 hour and 20 minutes from our home! We'll call in our order and it's ready when we get there. IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE FROM OLYMPIA!

I would not spend your hard earned money at The Up Town pizza or Laundromat!! The owners are the most disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional owners. Born and raised in beautiful Mossyrock!! I have never experienced such rude service!! Witnessed disabled elderly being disrespected in the laundromat!! Disgusting

Good gluten-free pizza is hard to find, but oh man, did these guys nail it! I used to run a pizza place so I can be really picky about pizza. This sauce is the best sauce I have ever tasted. I asked for pineapple and got pepperoni, but I wasn't even mad because it was so amazing. (Also, I was not the 1 who put in the order, so the mix-up could have happened then) Honestly, though, I have celiac disease and to find a pizza that tastes like REAL GLUTEN I'm in heaven ? ? ? ? HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you're on highway 12 passing through Mossyrock, check them out! You will not be disappointed.

Parking: There's only a few spots right in front but plenty of spots in the surrounding area
Kid-friendliness: Well behaved kids are always welcomed.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair ramp if I recall correctly.

Restaurants are sometimes hard to come by in this rural area of Lewis County. This little pizza joint was the perfect meal after a summer day in the Mossyrock area. Seating area inside is limited and if ordering to go, call in to place your order so you don't have to wait. Gracious portions of toppings on our pizzas.

Me and my husband are in town for the 4th of July and stopped in to get a pizza. We were very pleasantly surprised, this pizza is delicious! Plenty of toppings and can’t beat the price!
