Diamond Knot Brewpub @ MLT

Atmosphere was fine, definitely enjoyed hanging around and having some drinks. A bit more restaurant style than I like, but hey that's fine. Near to the light rail, so it was fun to come up and walk to on a day out.

Service left a lot to be desired. Not the servers fault, they were understaffed by quite a bit. Only 2 waitresses serving the entire bar area. Drinks, food, checks, the whole thing. Hopefully it was one time because of the holidays and it's not usually that bad. We waited at least 15 to order and another 15 to finally put our order in. Hire more staff.

Food was way way way overpriced for what it was. Dry pork on tots, chicken strips that looked like they came out of a cafeteria. Fine barfood, but not for that price.

I'll try it again. It wasn't a horrible going to get food poisoning experience, and the beer was great, but hopefully next visit will go better

Held a company party at the MLK Location on 12/20/24 via banquet style. Ran out of food before 1/2 of the folks were able to dish up. When I approached the GM, I received less than desirable response "that is what you ordered" which prompted our server to apologize for his behavior. In order to feed everyone, I had to order additional pizzas and wings. Normally, I would give this location a 5 star review, unfortunately if you are looking to host a party via banquet style plan on good service from your server but poor service from the GM and paying additional to order more food. Furthermore, the GM should take a training course on customer service as he does not possess this skillset.

Have come here with my wife and two kids multiple times, every time has had outstanding service. The food is great and, of course... the beer. Will continue to come to DK @ MLT.

Came in on Sunday afternoon, got in over an hour ago, placed orders about an hour ago, and have not gotten food. Someone else got served something Smokey and filled up entire restaurant. Smoke smell wouldn’t be so bad if we had our food. Disappointing. Still waiting for food.

Tacos are decent. Pork is good, fish is okay. Stout is pleasant to drink, low on bitterness, is malty, dark and smooth. Brown ale is okay, bitter and dark. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to, atmosphere is good too.

The homemade rootbeer is a family favorite every time we go to the Knot.

Diamond Knot Brew Pub is a great pub tucked in a small strip mall. Plenty of parking, great brews, great menu with delicious sounding food. Sat in the bar and had happy hour menu choices. We weren't that impressed with the food. Turkey pesto sandwich had great Parmesan crusted sourdough but lacked the pesto punch. Sweet potato fries were overcooked and fried in one big clump. Pulled pork sandwich was pretty good.

This place has an impressive beer selection and incredibly friendly service. The food is delicious, and we frequently come by to fill up our growler. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the customer service truly shines. A must-visit spot!

Burger was okay, but I felt the bun was stale. Also a dish was served somewhere in the restaurant, and it filled the whole place up with smoke, very odd.

Wanted to watch Seahawks game that wasn’t too from Ridgecrest. Did not disappoint! Staff was so friendly I would return just for them. My son had Lockett jersey that he got props for. Other waiters were just chit chatting with us and when the manager left, he made a point to say goodbye personally. Got the steak dip sandwich that was delicious, best local spot ever!!!
