Fantastic fries, 7-8/10 pork, the sauces are good. Legitimately spicy bbq which I appreciate. Bread could definitely be softer for bbq sandwiches, kinda skimpy on the meat portions of the sandwiches. Typical PNW attitude customer service wise but it’s where we are so makes sense.

Ordered via Uber eats, the Brisket and ribs are amazing. The sauces flawless... but the fallen 1-7 will definitely put the heat to ya ... so be warned it be spicy.. and I eat Carolina reapers for breakfast 😉 but yeah top notch BBQ smoked to perfection.

Bbq meats were good but that is all I would recommend. Mac and cheese was tasteless and the potato salad was the same. Chef should try using some spices and s&p. Way too over priced for quality. I can see why the parking lot is empty most of the time.

The good:
The brisket is cooked to temp and is tender.
Their sauces are flavorful and delicious.

The bad:
No seasoning in sight.
Sides are bland and small portioned.
Sandwich bread is the kind of bread you make a bread bowl out of and it's too tough to eat.
Bark on the brisket has almost no flavor and is oddly.. mushy.

Food came like warm via door dash, brisket was beige and my wife and I got sick to the tune of her throwing up an hour after consuming the brisket and pork ribs

Absolutely amazing! Tried a bit of everything and every meat was spot on! Brisket was my favorite along with their coleslaw which was awesome!

Been here quite a few times since 2021. We get bummed they're closed on days we crave bbq. This most recent time (Thurs evening) we got a chicken sandwich combo (side fries) and brisket sandwich combo (side fries). $31 & change was the total. Still tasty. My partner isn't partial to the bun, but to each their own.

I'm an Uber driver who had to come back and eat on her own cus it's smelled so good.

My thoughts: Delicious brisket sandwich. I could drink the KC sauce. I'll have to come back for the ribs and fry bowl. Dude is cool.

I ordered some food from them through Uber Eats and the fried came burnt and soggy the food doesn't look at all like the pictures. Is tasteless and just disgusting. I tried giving my 4 year old the mac and cheese and he wouldnt eat it... he loves every mac and cheese he's a toddler... I called them and described my problem and the guy said well hahaha I don't know what to tell you most people like it. Not helpful at all. Don't waste your money here!
