Pick up of an online order is so easy. I love the keep warm locker. Easy in and out for the pizza you expect.

I place an order over an hour before i needed to pick it up. I show up. Its not ready. I get a notification that its ready ten minutes later walk in and they cant find it. They ask me what I ordered and ask me to wait 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later they had me the pizzas. I get home and they are raw. Not cooked all the way. I ve got a crying kid that wont eat it. Ruined the night. Worst experience. Absolute amateur hour going on over there. I never leave google reviews. Please avoid this location. I wasn’t the only one in there with a lost order. Complete joke.

They removed my review from earlier somehow but I wanted to be known this place is trash. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen and the same with the workers. There's nothing hot and ready about this place. The workers don't know the first thing about customer service or good hygiene practices. I called to make sure they had some hot and ready breadsticks and then sent my son in to grab them and he ended up waiting over 15 minutes while the two guys sat in the back and straight ignored him while there was bread sticks cold and ready in the oven just sitting there.. it's a shame because I've been going to this place for 20 years and since they got the new owners the place is gone downhill for sure... Not going there ever again, you shouldn't either... Trust me

This place sucks! Today when I came in to order pizzas, they refused to take my order!! They said the only way to order was online. Not everyone wants to order online!
No more business from me.

Honest truth place is a joke nasty,bad costumer service,long wait for pizza to be made...delivery service is beyond horrible.
Workers don't have any experience in how to treat a costumer.
Place looks dirty same as the workers.
Food quality is real 👎🏽

Pizza was under cooked. And I had to wait in line for a long time even though I ordered way in advance.

Good pizza. It was ready. The service was quick. Nothing special about it, either in the positive or negative direction. It's quick and easy pizza, and that's what makes it great.

I’ve been to this location over 5 times. I don’t really expect amazing service or atmosphere in a take-out pizza place, so I’m really not bothered by some inconsistent service. Staff aren’t usually particularly friendly or attentive, but it’s not a big deal because the food is consistently good for the price. Ultimately, the pizza tastes good and they’re usually timely with getting their orders done, and that’s what matters most in this situation.

The cheese puff were so salty I couldn't eat them. I know cheese is greasy but this was ridiculous.

Sent my son in to get the pretzel Pizza that was advertised because I’m disabled and not able to walk in there myself we got all the way home. The pizza was incorrect. There was no pretzel crust! So my son went back in. He said “ we are out of salt” something he should’ve told my son before he ordered the pizza didn’t even offer to replace the pizza, offer a refund, didn’t offer anything anything extra nothing the pizza was now cold and now I’ve wasted my gas. The pizza was not good. Customer Service was not good ever since they switched ownership a couple months back it is not been ! I work with a lot of people that go there for lunch and now I will be telling all of them NOT To go there! I work in Customer Service myself and I would’ve at least told them that we were out of the crust, that they wanted and I would’ve offered something else when they would’ve came back in. I would’ve offered him something free or their money back or both needless to say I will NOT be going back there and I’m telling all my friends and family NOT too as well!

Food was good. Worker forgot some of my order so i had to wait in a long like to get it. Wish the pinball machine was working my ten year old wanted to play
