They didn’t even take down my order that I made over the phone . I ended up waiting even longer my boss got really mad
Now the new owner charge a dollar for a small cup of ranch before it was free wthelly😭
I placed a simple phone order tonight and this is the result. This place is the absolute worst since new ownership took over. Rarely answer the phone, make you wait 10 minutes before they meet you at the counter for a pickup, and then to top it off, they didn't take the order. Nothing. I knew when I called and the guy didn't ask me for my name or give me an estimated time for pickup, I was screwed. I drove down to Papa Murphy's and they made my pizza in 5 minutes. The new owners at Caesars are horrific. Stay away!!
These people that work there do not need to work for Little Caesars this last three times I've ordered pizzas I wanted the Detroit I even told them square pizzas deep they've got it wrong every time even when I'm standing in the store could not realize what I was trying to buy very poor customer service wouldn't recommend ordering pizza there
Ownership changed or something not sure I usually come here often and there would be the young people now it's all new management maybe just a family owned now but had to wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged to get my order taken and people before me very unhappy
I placed a portal pickup at 6:11pm and arrived at the scheduled pickup time of 6:43pm to find they had not even looked at my order. It is two gentlemen, possibly brothers, running the store alone. The store has inventory out everywhere, no sauces out, half empty fridge, and other customers in the same position as me. I ask the guy behind the counter about my order and he said they have too many, so I ask for a refund, he said no they would make it, I finally get my 2 pizzas and wings (which ended up being a little pink on the inside) at 7:14pm.
I wonder what happened to all of the students? Did ownership change recently. The gentlemen were pleasant but overwhelmed and didn't seem to know how to turn off the online ordering portal. People coming in for new orders were being told it would be about an hour. I felt really sorry for them, but the half cooked wings and not wanting to give me a refund, I just can't support this one until this is fixed.
Ended up waiting over an hour for an order I placed ahead of time online. When I arrived, they were severely understaffed. Only 2 people working with a lot of customers in the lobby. One of them didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The other employee was trying so hard to get orders out but I could tell he was really stressed out. Unfortunately when I finally did get my order some of it was wrong, and the quality awful. 2 stars for the polite overly stressed employee running that place tonight the best he could
Who ever answered the phone simply said “hello”. I had to ask if I was calling Little Ceasars. I had to repeat my order so he could understand. He hung up before giving me a total and a pick up time. Which I called back to get, then hung up again without so much as a goodbye…very impolite person!
Looks like it is under new administration. Looking a lot more professional. Good job 👏

Every time I’m in there, the staff look at you make eye contact walk away without saying hello or even acknowledging the fact that you are standing there. Then you stand there awkwardly for over five minutes while being actively ignored and looked at multiple times…
On top of that, and more important… hot and ready is never ready not once have I been in there and a hot and ready pizza is ready…
What would you say you do here?
The lunch special wasn’t ready as advertised. The employee working the front was less than responsive. I had to wait over 4 minutes while he stood working on an order without even acknowledging me. Finally, i got his attention to order. I then had to remind him to change his gloves if he was going to be on the phone. 1/8/2025, 12:55pm
Made a mistake on my order but gave me crazy bread
They work at the speed of molasses, I was picking an order up and they told me 5 minutes and I wanted 20 minutes with it still not being done. They never have orders ready on time.

Don't expect anything to be "hot and ready." The food and prices (especially for the lunch special) are good. But no matter what time I arrive, there are no pizzas that are Hot & Ready. Management might try and say that I am always arriving after the last pizza has been sold, but can that be true EVERY time? I believe that they are not making pizzas ahead of time to keep cost/waste down. Thankfully, the staff is always polite and willing to make me a pizza, but I end up waiting 10 minutes or more when I could have just ordered my pizza elsewhere. I don't order ahead, because I used to enjoy the freedom of just showing up and getting a pre-made pizza. 2 stars instead of just 1 star because as I said, staff is friendly and willing to make me a fresh pizza.
